  1. I'm not even sure my local Mitsu dealer still stocks Mitsubishis. They moved Suzuki up the block to its own building, the front lot is overrun by Volkswagens and Porsches. I dont recall the last time I saw any Mitsu parked anywhere near the front. Usually one entrance has the latest VW, the other entrance has a low-end Porsche and in between they have their priciest used cars.
  2. Wiki has the 2010 at 72.8. Still, even with an extra 2.5 inches of width, its way shorter and lower, it doesn't have the presence. It does have the overhangs. Not what Cadillac needs.
  3. nail
  4. They're still here?
  5. stub
  6. The turbo-4 idea is a fantastic idea for Subaru, because they know what they're doing. Acura, not so much.
  7. According to the Wikipedia page, the new SRX is a couple tenths wider than the current, but lower and significantly shorter.
  8. The RX looks like an RX. If you put a picture of the new RX on the table with pictures of other SUVS, including previous RXs, the average non-car person (i.E. the average $40k+ SUV buyer) could tell that its an RX, maybe related to the Highlander. Put pics of the SRX on the table with SUVs (including the current SRX and other Thetas) and the average non-car person (i.e. the average $40k+ car buyer) could see that the new SRX and VUE/Equinox are more closely related than the new SRX and the current SRX. The SRX should be distinguishable as a Cadillac, it isn't.
  9. The new SRX is the same length as the Acura RDX. That ain't right.
  10. I'm taking the week of the 19th off, then no more paid holidays until Memorial Day, no more vacation time until June. I have 10 sick days, but I probably wont use them.
  11. They require proof that the buyer involuntarily lost their income. Not like what Saturn and Dodge used to do, buy a car and if you dont like it, return it within 30 days and only pay mileage.
  12. There was something on the news the other day about people keeping their old cars on the road instead of buying new or used. That makes sense for most people given the economy. Hyundai's new Hyundai Assurance deal might bring a few people in, they're willing to eat up to $7500 in negative equity if the buyer loses their income.

    Vacation time!

Its the nearest non-reserved spot. Since I'm trying to keep my body clock on, I got up and left the house at the same time I would if I were going to study before class, so there was almost noone there anyways.
  14. I'm sure the guy rimming you cares for it even less. (Wow, I'm a jerk)
  15. Should I be proud or ashamed? Just glad to have another Cheers and Jeers where I wasn't troll of the year.

    Vacation time!

Back to work tomorrow, its going to piss off whoever has been using my parking spot for the last couple of weeks.
  17. They all look the same in the dark.
  18. Bob? I was hoping to smack the ass of some chick named Trina.
  19. So I couldn't smack your ass?
  20. The price of out-of-season fruit, specifically strawberries. Maybe next year I'll just get a couple containers and freeze them so I wont be searching grocery stores in January and consider myself luckly to find them for $6/pound.
  21. The huge, awkwardly mounted mirrors are the only real blemish on the RX. The rest of it is an evolution of the previous RX, which was unoffensive enough to be a huge seller. The SRX just looks like what GM would have given Cadillac if they had been building CUVs in the 80's.
  22. Is beating the $h! out of a rental car considered a simple pleasure? Because there is an Acadia somewhere in the southeast that may never recover from the things I did to it. Blame Avis for saving the Lucerne (or similar) that I had reserved.
  23. The SRX has gone from an elegant, sporty luxury SUV to an awkward VUE with a Caddy grille. The RX has a weird interior, but externally it looks much better, at least in pics.

    An Icy Stare

Saw another X6, only this time Jill was with me, and she liked it. I really, really dont get it.
  25. So very underwhelming, its like they re-invented the Cimarron.
