2009 VW Iroc Coupe
I like it.... I've always liked the basic shape of the Scirocco.

What do these cars have in common?
but... all the car names have them together, and 454 has them apart.... that was a confusing hint. I thought I had it until I read that hint.

Stem Cell Research Breakthrough
Caprice: There's a problem with "Survival of the fittest" and all today. No, I'm not going to tell you you're cruel. "Survival of the fittest" is how evolution WORKS, and most people don't realize that - they think of evolution as some intelligent decision. The problem with it is that we keep the weak alive to have children now. While the smartest members of society are off with important jobs, many of the dumbest members of society have nothing better to do but have tons of kids to collect the welfare money... NoFX wrote a song about this that I like.

FORGET A PHASE OUT!
I do like the look of the double headlights - but if GM cheaps out on rebadging the Camaro this bad, that would be sad...

My Solstice Is Wrecked
How did I miss this thread? Sorry to hear about the car, Josh. It's really sad that nobody stopped. If I saw that, and could ID someone, I would stop... Just to see some justice served. I'm miffed that noone there would do the same.

I know some girls who've had more than one of the above. The "and" was a typo though, supposed to be just "an"

I've dated girls with kids. I don't care. Then again, a lot of the tools I grew up with don't know how to use a damn condom. Brantford has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Canada, consistently every year for 7 straight now. Of all the girls I still keep in touch with from Brantford, every one of them has either had a kid, and abortion, or a miscarriage.

Motor Trend on Aura
Every time I see Aura in a topic title, my eye keeps seeing Acura. The words are a little too close for my liking.

Or... there's also the thought that the blubber makes it harder to reach certain crevaces.

I just told my cousin off...
There are so many ammendments in the constitution of the United States of America, I can only choose one, I can only choose one. I plead the fif, I plead the fif. Five, one, two three, four, fif. Anything you say, fif. Go ahead and ask me a question if you fif. I got a secret document here that I think you need to see. FIF!

TCB - understood, man. Just giving you a hard time. There are a few ways to take that, all funny.

That's quite the list of specs. You're almost as hard to please with women as Sixty8 is with cars. I've never asked them about their families...

Yep. There definately is a separation in Canada, not so sure about the US. University = "academic" subjects which teach you how to quickly learn new skills in a certain field. Tends to be more abstract. Examples: Engineering, Social Science College = "applied" subjects which teach you direct skills which you can apply to the field. Tends to be more practical. Examples: Police foundations, Graphic Design

haircuts
You guys go back to people who use clippers? Clippers are for shaving the hair off your neck and from around your ears, not for trimming the hair on your head. As soon as they ask me what "number" to do my head with, I'm gone. Give me a real, old-fashioned barber who can use scissors the proper way. I go to an Italian barber shop here in Toronto that would be right at home in the '50s.

SC on the Pebble Beach
Funny, I was just thinking how it looked like a combination of the Velite and the last Riviera...

Pic from my trip to China. That's the gate to the Forbidden City behind me. I realize the girl makes me look short, we're both 6'. We actually have the same size hands and feet as well, which is extra strange - I'm a size 10 shoe. On the Great Wall (I'm on the left). Those are friends from University who went with me. Bike handlebars in one hand, camera in the other. Don't try this at home, kids.

Buick Grand Camino
I can't seem to find it right now, but I remember seeing a concept El Camino (possibly not by GM directly) based on the 00-05 Impala.

New Rollover Safety Rules on Hold
I realize my rollover was slow, but I was still very impressed at how well my little Sunfire maintained my survival space. The passenger side came in a bit more, but I still think a passenger would have been OK (I didn't have one at the time).

Yeah, Its Beat a Hemi!!!
Usually I don't quite "get" Sixty8's obsession with hardtops, but something about the shape of the greenhouse on that one just looks good with both windows down.

T1GHT WH!P$ TROPHY TRIVIA
Ah! OK - I get it now. The original 300!! (C-300) for 300 hp.
