  12. I thought they already had a new one: "Driving our world forward"
  13. ^ I am surprised they sold anything... The lots up here were empt all of August.
  14. I don't think they could afford to!
  15. As Posted above, its the HD: • Sierra HD’s optional 6.0L V8 engine is now E85 compatible
  16. It is simple, people are paying a extra cost over the V8 for the Turbo V6 in the Ford. As of right now the V6 has taken over 50% of the Ford F150 market. The power is more than enough in the V6. Note too the V6 just gets a little more MPG but people want and are willing to pay for it. For GM not to offer a better V6 would be leaving a lot of buyers going to Ford to get what they want. The time is coming where most 1/2 ton trucks will be V6 and to get a V8 it will be offered in only higher end trucks or heavier chassis. The V8 will not go away but it will be limited and more expensive. Yes sir, thats also because V6s are putting down over 300hp. and that is 90hp more than my dad's 1995 GMC with a 350 V8
  17. Soon headlights will run all the way to the windscreens.... overall nice shape.
  18. General Motors is investing $117 million to prepare its Oshawa, Ont., plant to build its new Cadillac XTS. The automaker said Thursday the move will create or retain 400 jobs on the assembly line. "This investment further extends the capabilities of the award-winning Oshawa assembly plant and pays compliment to the achievements of its dedicated workforce, one that consistently strives for excellence," General Motors of Canada president Kevin Williams said. The factory builds the Chevrolet Camaro, Impala, Equinox and Camaro Convertible as well as the Buick Regal and employs more than 4,500 people. The announcement came the same day the U.S. parent company, General Motors Co., reported its second-quarter profit nearly doubled to $2.5 billion US as it got higher prices for its cars and trucks worldwide. The company earned $1.54 per share, compared with 85 cents per share in the same quarter a year earlier. Revenue rose 19 per cent to $39.4 billion. 21. The design looks pretty cool and I'm sure the deal is worth it to you. All the best on the finished product!
  22. Watch for American car prices to continue to rise as the American dollar falls against everyone else.
  23. Automakers know that if they have to make 62 mpg, they will have to build 90 mpg snoremobiles in order to provide customers with 30 mpg trucks that they will want. (even if they can make it that high).
