  1. HAHAHAHHA!!!! Smart ASS!
  2. XP: Let's see a damn photo next time, what a tease to just MENTION a '24 anything!?!?!?!?! Here's two from today: beater semi-classic Firebird Esprit. Rough but not a parts car just yet. WHITE interior. Brandy-new Shelby GT
  3. Tee!!! Aaa!!! all the way!!!
  4. Courtney Love..... (not a referance to her band either)
  5. Funny you say Aveo because I've seen a bunch of crappy S.Korean compact cars witrh them, and the other day a 1989 Civic, not to mention the early 90s BMW 318 that had the diamond shaped ones on all crooked and applied in a super-sloppy manner.
  6. Agreed, and speaking of the Fit it looks uglier & more & more like an ugly, nasty dustmite every time I see one. The Odyssey is just it's ugly mother-ship.
  7. I'm just saying there's worse kits out there and certainly there's plenty of 100% stock cars that are muchj uglier!
  8. Wow.... what a cool collection of photos. Now I REALLY wish that I could have been there to hang out with you guys in Penn. I think SP & I were in & out of there in abotu one hour, and I was still very late to work. Can't wait for the next C&G meet & greet in the Northeast! Fly: that ratteling driver's door should be a quick/cheap fix.
  9. Well I love the G8, it's not perfect but it is a million times better than the average Acura/Lexus/Mazda or whatever otehr semi-luxury sedan you compare it to pricewise.
  10. Cool, enjoy! If I had two cars fom the '80s and one from the '90s then my next purchase would be from the 1950s if not pre-war.
  11. Yeah, I have that photo in a couple of my books but those are all inaccessible to me right now, at the ex's house ho will not even let me see my daughter nevermid my crap. I tried to google it but gave up after like 90sec. (Thanks for posting it Camino) The 1969 Camaro is one amazing vehicle, it was the ONLY Camaro bodystye to last only one model year and yet it was in production for over a year and a half.... some of the options were amazing, like the headlight washers & 4-wheel disks.
  12. I've seen worse (uglier) things, like every single Camry ever made!!!
  13. Holy Cow! (that's the tread about the rolled Solstice below) http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33878 Despite her being uninjured I say GM should really offer a pop-up/out rollbar(s) along the lines of the BMW cabrio & or Mercedes SL. The windshield caved like a cardboard cutout and despite her faith in her Pontiac I think her being alive was 80% luck & 20% the car's safety devices! If not standard then as an option!!!
  14. Alright PCS, name this car:
  15. You tool, that was supposed to take longer than 3 min. & you're supposed to wait until someone guesses something nutty like a 1951 VW SuperBeetle with the optional and rare "noon-view rollback roof"...
  16. Yeah, it's a cheesy photo (my idea BTW) but I thought it would be funny to have a photo of the hand-off of the keys. Kind of like when they take a pic. of the old Duffer at a Cadillac dealer in front of his brandy new white on red 1976 Eldorado and he's wearing white pants/belt/shoes/shirt and he's being handed the 24K gold plated keys by some dude with a gold chain & an Italian Sweater.
  17. You got it Camino, WildManJoe got it too but double guessed himself. And you're absolutely correct, it is HIGHLY improbable that any cars left the factory with all those options in place, BUT all those were features/options of the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. They only made 69 ZL1s (aluminum block/heads 427 COPOs) and there was only a couple of RS ZL1s, but if any of those had the liquid tire chain I don't know and I have no way of finding out. I would imagine more than a few ZL1s got the four-wheel disk brakes.
  18. MB 540K
  19. Uhhh... um, well... errr most of those very very sarcastic. (except for the retard doing 45mph in a 65 zone in his Avalon) SP: Remember our impromptu drag race out of the toll booth in Jersey? That little turbo Dodge has got sack but 7.4 liters of pushrod iron block power is nothing to take lightly. That carb sounded like a giant turbine when all the 4bbls kicked in.
  20. God damn Brookville has to be boring if that's a spot. Why not mention the 1998 Camry LE in beige with the gold package and a missing hubcap.
  21. T-top
  22. The Opel hardtop GTC has redlines (of sorts)
  23. Before the internet, before Lexus or Acura existed, before radial tires were commonplace Mac-Daddy musclecars came with redline tires. Redline tires (w/ the red pinstripe) are like the Z-rated Pirellis of 1968. Even Hot Wheel cars came in "redline" editions.
