  1. Were they busy disassmebling it and reverse engineering it?
  2. *Cough Cough! (#@(&$* TrailBlazer SS CoUgh! *
  3. They HAVE had some original ideas... like bombing pearl harbour afer giving us peace medals. Also, having Osimo fall flat on his face at a P.R. even was pretty original as well as making a P.O.S. Minivan with an open arse & balsawood floor & calling it a "truck"
  4. The SIXTEEN is more of a Cadillac than anything ever made after 1979.
  5. CR is not worth their weight in bull crap.
  6. You got one almost correct.
  7. .... and to think GM says they can not build the SIXTEEN and make it profitable.    christ if this little Kit car lookalike is worth $200,000 than the Sixteen is worth $7,000,000!
  8. .....sure they'll sell to stupid loosers who can't do basic math. I'm 100% sure the Corvette will be a 500% better value and I'm about 99% sure that it will keep op w/ this pseudo-Ferrari around a race track. Pathatic, I think at this point after hearing this thing will cost $200K I do NOT think anymore that they should come back to the USA. Stay at home, what's next some compact FWD 4-cylinder sedan for $70,000....?
  9. Yeah... apparently these cockheads at all the major car brands who have been eliminating key-holes have never heard of murphey's law.
  10. What do you mean? "cooked"? Did you blow th motor due to low oil pressure?

  12. I think an Equinox LTZ is about as exciting as the piece of gum that is stuck to the right rear tire of the STS-V we have in the showroom. Oh, and I agree with Nick, HOLDEN DOES RULE!
  13. Cool. Is this at a client's house?
  14. - 1970 Chevelle, daytona yellow w/ tuxedo black SS stripes - 1935/6/7 flat black coupe of some sort... maybe a '36 Pontiac? on a dark road at 2am - 1973 Pontiac Grand Am 4-dr post - 1947 Ford pickup (for sale in a dirt driveway) - Magnum SRT-8 hidding in the back of a poor lit parking lot... MENACING.
  15. I loved the consept. LOVED IT!!!!! I was also one of those people who was hoping it would get produced. Seemed to be a moke upscale version of a Solstice coupe... even looked like it was built on a similar wheelbase and using the same proportions, I thought to myslef for $40K this would be a hell of a car to hit the USA market with as a return for A.R. At $200,000 it's absurdly laughable. What a joke. I'll buy a Solstice GXP and a HOUSE!
  16. CMG: I'll take a dinged up '57 Plymouth off your hands!!!!!
  17. Guess what? At a dealership, or in the service dept. the key fob DOES stay w/ the car at all times. And as was the case with a new salesman who pulled the used 2006 C6 into the garage last weekm, he didn't notice the big sign saying "LEAVE THE CAR IN REVERSE" and he managed to kill the battery on the car. That's another retard move: no key holes in the door... you gotta use the hiddden lock by the license plate (pain in the a$$) and then find the pull lever to spring the door open and THEN you have to get the hood open, ANOTHER chore that SHOULD be accomplished by just a standard pull if you ask me, not sure why the I would ever need a POWER hood release? I hate the 21st century. The typical a$$hole consumer can not parallel park use his mirrors, signal with a blinker and NOW we're being told by car companies that the DOORS, HOOD & TRUNK on a car should have a power release. WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
  18. Cool stuff.... would have loved to see it. You guys ever heard of Quechee Gorge in Vermont? I drove my Datsun there in the middle of the night on a spontaneous roadtrip after a bad fight w/ Marcia when we were still together.
  19. Voisin.... with the super-cool sleeve valve design.
  20. AWSOME! MM: Operation Mousetrap involves rescuing a certain pre-war GM car from the junkyard and making the scariest looking fnederless, rotted, rat-rod possible with a shoe-string budget and just basic tools. This means I need to be able to have space & time which is now non-existant, oh well.
  21. Not trying to be argumenative... I guess I still consider Pontiac & Buick & Cadillac etc. to be separate manufacturers. Six of one, half dozen of other
  22. Sorry to hear you're STILL having problems D.F. The Q45 had the exact same problem for a while & I went to A.Z. bought a MAF off XP715 & threw it in in about 8 minutes and that problem went away. Set me back like $220 but it was still better than paying $400 for the dealership to do the same job and yet not use more than a basic screwdriver and 5 minutes of effort. Now Marcia can go f### herself if she has any more problems w/ the Q45. She will not even let me see Sofia these days so I wouldn't do anything for her but laugh and tell her to get Nick to do it. Sorry I have not had a chance to call you, between work & my exr I've had my hands full, went out do Denny's last night and that's as exciting as my week has been. Broke as a joke. You'll figure it out, keep your chin up.
  23. Well, acording to that definition there's only about a dozen manufactureres in existance.
  24. meatloaf
  25. It's 9:00am and I just got out of our Sat. morning meeting. If $200 drops out of the sky in the next 10 min. I'll jump in my big fuel-thirsty hardtop and still make it there for this afternoon to hang out with you guys for a few. Or maybe if I get real ballsy I'll just take the white diamond Escalade EXT from the showroom and make the trip... yeah, that's it! But seriously have fun guys. Hope Fly has a safe & exciting roadtrip down the rest of the eastcoast. There's a silly little souvenier in the glovebox for you from NY...
