  1. Most people do not (legaly) buy guns out of NECCESSITY, not in the USA anyway I want a firearm for the fun of it, target practice is more fun than anything short of activities involving sex & cars.
  2. Dude, if I owned a ton of firearms I would not NEED PS3... or my PS2 for that matter. Of course even target practice costs money since bullets are not for free.
  3. I'll admit I'm a big fan of the "right-click" :spin:
  4. Yes... I did confuse it with the Vigor, I don;t pay much attention to those cars btu I've seen several in the junkyard with that super LONG valvacover and the fact that the motor is mounted the "correct" way despite its FWD gearbox is still a step in the right direction. I guess I never counted the cylinder banks however... damn thing is a five-banger? That's waht you get the British team up with Honda. Honda DESERVES Lucas electronics... I wish they had used them for their ECUs and MAF sensors. That would make for a fun car.
  5. I wonder if they will do a "color adjustable" instrument cluster like Ford did with the new '05 Mustang... that is one feature they SHOULD copy. I love the warm amber/yellow of the original's gauges but then again this cool blue/aua is very snazzy.... esp. in the modern cell phone era. And yes, the belt buckles ARE awsome!
  6. Bible Salesman (target buyer for the traditional Business Coupe)
  7. That's it, I'm going out and buying a Stanley Steamer. Thank You. Yes, both my 1964 Super-88 & a 2007 Prius are just drops in the bucket... If anything is to blame in 2007 it's NOT cars... factories, planes, the destruction of the Rainforest and the fact that the earth's climate is NEVER stable have a lot more to do with it.
  8. Pansy-a$$ed Nervous Nelly Pu$$ies don't buy cars that offer a HEMI, they stick to the FWD craptastic stuff like the Caliber and Jeep Compass. To them buying a burgundy Camry is a great way to bitchslap neighbors who only had the balls to buy a tan/silver/white one. Now THAT'S keeping up with the Joneses. Honestly, if you can get a HEMI for no extra charge over a V6 & you're complaining you should probably go stick your head in the gas oven becasue you're less fun than watching paint grow or grass dry.
  9. It clashes with my Versacci purse...
  10. Aforementioned book about Pistols & Revolvers. I will not be completely ignorant for much longer. Definitely the coolest addition to my book collection that is not car related.
  11. Much better looking than that "purple-rainbow-dupont-chameleon" chop. I'm still buying a (pillarless) hardtop... even if it's no less expensive than a ragtop.
  12. B.V. Since you brought it up, if I HAD to own a Honda with the caliper emblem I would probably pick a Legend... frameless glass and an Inline-Six are nice featuresbut I always thought it was downright bizzare that someone would make a FWD car with an inline 6. That transmission has to be a JOY to work on. Someday if I drag a '95-ish Legend with a blown trans. out of a junkyard for like $300 I'll jimmy-rig an old powerglide to the motor and throw a solid rear end under the ass end for the ultimate JDM-Boy-Racer prank car. The Legend sedan & coupe even have RWd proportions
  13. ENGRISH
  14. To that I say: - Better quality - Nicer styling - Roomier than before - Preceived luxury (you get what you pay for) - RWD will also SELL a lot of Impalas! Why is it that when RWD fans like myself say "a lot of people want a RWd sdan" you guys respond: "Most people do NOT CARE if a car is FWD or RWD" BUT THEN IN TURN... when we say "awsome... I'm so glad --- X --- is RWD it should sell well" we get a response like: "the public does not like RWD or it's scared of RWD..." YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! Let the dumb moth******ers buy their Camrys and Accords! Those cars will always be FWD boring pieces of camel-crap.

    Classic Buicks

1987 Buick (ASC/McLaren) GNX No. 302 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/ssil...ick_GNX_302.jpg Aluminum diff-case with built in panhard bar. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/ssil...NX_rear-end.jpg
  16. This GNX (documented no. 302) is driven DAILY in the summer time. My friend Sean, the one wiht the "Hum-Burban" rat-rod-truck lives across the street from a BMW dealership overflow lot, SCCA race car (Porsche) tuning shop and a restoration shop taht specializes in 1960s-70s Americna muscle. The owner of that last place owns this GNX and when he's not dropping 440s in 1962 Valiants & restoring 1965 Impalas he's screwing around with T-Types & GNs... this GNX is very stock however, even though it's MINT it has 65,000 or so miles on the clock and it gets treated like some yuppies daily driver 5-series BMW... not beat on but not pampered much either. IIRC the rims & prom are the only non-stock parts. NOW THAT IS A PANHARD BAR!!!
  17. Those that try fail because Soccer Moms want something that looks like a lunchbox on wheels. Look no further than the cerrent gen Quest (about as hadnsome as a Minivan has gotten) and the old '88-'96 dustbusters which were VERY sporty looking IMHO. Both were failures when compared to this horrid lookign thing:
  18. Why would it not sell BETTER than the current Impala... explain yourself please...?
  19. I wish I knew about firearms as much as I know about cars. While in a very cool used book store the other day I bought an 830 page, hardcover book from 1968 that is quite nice. It seems to be one of the most thorough histories of the modern firearm (hadngun) ever conceived. it looks like one of those medium sized bibles.
  20. BTW: there's tons of info out there to be read on the GN/T-type Web Ring. Here's just the first site to pop up for me google: http://www.gnttype.org/
  21. If it's an '87 then it's worth $1000 wrapped around a telephoone pole so long as the motor turns... I'd say looking at the cosmetic condition of the car it MIGHT be worth $5000 if the milage is exceptionally low (like < 30,000) . The T-Type is more of a sleeper but it's also FASTER than the GN since it has a few aluminum bits that are cast iron on the GN. Now a GNX, of which they made 547... that's worth its weight in Lobster.
  22. Yes... well said. Sad but true. Say what you will about BMW but at least they earned their reputaton through engineering prowess & racing success... Saying the 3-series is a luxurious Camry waaaaay too harsh IMO. First off you have to respect the fact that the 3-series is one of the last cars available with an inline-six and has ALWAYS stuck to the superiority and inherent sportiness of RWD (& rear biased AWD).
