  1. Found on the net in an undisclosed location. Hummer Rice, unbelievable. I actually like it!
  2. Notice the cool CORVETTE basebal cap.
  3. Just remember NOS, don;t spend so much money on your 3800 Caamro that you could have had a LS1 car instead. I like these lights but a not crazy about them. If I was going to customise the car I'd install LEDS oin the stock lamps instead. I'm a big fan of LED lights. :)
  4. I met this girl Julie when I was in College, we went on a few casual dates and I introduced her to my then best friend Alex who was married. A year later Alex is divorced and living wiht Julie. <_< Me and Julie ended up just really good friends. Anotehr year and a half goes by and I'm wiht Marcia but things are a little rough. We're togeather but just out of convenience. Alex and Julie are half-broken up too. He's now living in W.Virginia and finally fulfilled his lifelong dream of being a cop. I end up cheating on Marcia with Julie. She finds out and now I'll have to live with the guilt for the rest of my life. Also I lost Julie as a friend. :( In hindsight I did it more to get back at Alex then anything else. He stabbed me in the back and lied and manipulated e to get closer to Julie when we were just casually dating.
  5. I'd PM lakefire. He'll probably help you.
  6. Doesn't that just encourage MORE people to drive around uninsured? Think about it.
  7. This guy whipped around the corner wiht his GN pretty damn fast but I managed to steer my Datsun wiht my knee and snap the shot anyway as I was slowing down for a red.
  8. I'd like to think I have better than average skills. I'm famous for snapping a shot of a car while I'm driving and it's moving. Like the 1968 Camaro wiht a flams I photographed a few weks ago. Here's some of my photos: Another one of my Camaro looking really unflattering, but I like the shot for some reason. Some "artistic" shots of my Brougham. & my Datsun... I found this picture of a '69 Camaro online and instantly fell in love with it! (sig.)
  9. Even though they're tragically flawed wiht Auto-trans.-only & FWD, these Grand Prix are great cars. They're gorgeous, the bark of the 3800 SC motor is intoxicating and even with their spoilers, ground effects & rims they're very ANTI-Rice. I've come close to buying one on several occasions. :) Your car is one of the nicest examples I've ever seen. As a Salesman at Chevy of Lowell I sold a 2001 black GT coupe to a really hot dental hygenist. She was really sexy in a girl next door kind of way and had a pretty good personality too. Too bad she was a smoker.
  10. I honestly do not know what the hell this is. It's definately from the early to mid 1990s, if it's not then it looks very dated. There's probably no relation to the Corvette, either way it's Mid engined not fromnt engined. BTW, This is a Callaway Corvette (Sledgehammer). One of the sickest, most extreeme cars ever made. It's not a production car but it will spank a McLaren F1. Callaway has made many insane and beautiful cars over the years. Even an LT1 Camaro. :)
  11. Name this car...
  12. Testing, testing... 1,2,3.....

    Ew

These random threads are always hilarious. Here's a random thought: I just had a MINT condition 1968 SS396 coupe in ym driveway. Black interior, Hugger Orange wiht Tuxedo Black stripes and a vynil top. The guy pulled in to say "HI" we've talked before when he stopped by wiht his work truck to sayb he had some '68 parts that he'd sell me cheap. He just got done swapping in a M21 4-speed trans. in place of the TH350 auto. :) B) I'll post pics later.
  14. 10% rust free... It's worth $1500 all day long IMHO.
  15. They should really get that tumor on the trunklid removed. It's probably cancerous. :P
  16. Ford sold a shitload of 4-banger Fox mustangs. IN the end everyone benefited. Girls had fun little Mustangs with good fuel economy and because Ford sold so many they managed to kep the price of a nice 5.0 (4.9) Stang down to bargain basement levels.
  17. Why NOT? Now THAT would be a smart move. Never hurts to have 100% of a Niche market.
  18. Cool. I'd personally rather have a McLaren F1, seven nice 1969 Camaros. (Z/28, SS350, RS/SS 396, RS convertible, COPO, ZL1, Yenko) and money left over for a much nicer looking (than this Ferrari) 1969 Stingray 427. I'd probably have enough left over for a Shelby 427 Roadster kit car, 572 powered '32 Ford, 1962 Deville convertible, 1959 Buick Electra, 1959 Dodge & a 1963 Stingray.
  19. You're kidding, right? This thing is hideous. :puke:
  20. That's why I ended up transferig the Brougham oevr to Marcia. When my policy expires I'm going to insure the other two cars wiht Galant in Acton where Marcia has her policy. She's never had a problem.
  21. A "plus-size-kappa" Camaro is okay by me but I have no problem with a Zeta, Sigma lite Camaro either, why the animosity towards Holden? BTW: :) x 1,000,000,000
  22. My feedback is 466, 100% positive. Mostly I buy and sell License plates and car emblems. I've sold hundreds of emblems. Mostly GM, I scouer the Chevy, Pontiac, Cadillac, Oldsmobile & Buick section fo the junkyards and grab emblems, trim & other small items to sell on ebay. Last night I sold my Friend Sean's Camaro (mentioned in another thread) Check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...QsaspiZ2QQfviZ1
  23. $3100/year for my STS and Camaro. (Brougham & Datun are under Marcia's name) The really funny hig is that the MOTHE@$#&KERS at my agency were one of the local places pulling this new scam where they only really INSURE a small percentage of theri customers. Then when the shit hits the fan they back date and forge the paperwork to TRY to get you covered. Worst case scenario they tell you it was a paperwork error (on YOUR part) and you had no coverage at the time of the loss!!!  I had had several problems like my Brougham getting towed by the police because accordingh to the registry my Insurance was cancelled for almost two months even though my payments were pu to date. They even had to take my plates and I was humiliated! I demanded payment for the police tow and geve them a piece of my mind thinking now they would never F**&% around wiht my policy again, right? WRONG. In April I called up my agent after repeated problems and asked if the full covearage policy on my STS was in good standing since I had a broken windshield. They said I was fine, the car was coverd in full as it should be. I called up Ocean Glass and had them come in and replace my windshield in my driveway. Three months later I got a call saying the windshield was never payed for. My policy is invalid and the agent is giving them the run around. Long story short these F&@#Heads had screwwed me agaoin. The agent went ahead adn after two months of bitchign and hounding I got him to pay for atleast half the windshield,. Meantime I was stuck wiht the otehr half. If I didn't known what a waste of time small claims court can be I'd nail their asses to the wall. Avoid HASSEY lnsurance in Lowell, MA like the plague!!!!!! Scumbags and theives!
  24. 11: I was going to make a '57 Vette myself. :) 2: This looks great but I like the original grille better. Also it's not a Nomad since it's not a 4dr. But I'd buy one.
  25. Please tell me this was a typo.
