January 7, 2013

We're a week away from the start of the 2013 Detroit Auto Show and automakers are beginning to tease us with their showings. Today Hyundai has released a teaser shot of their HCD-14 Concept which the automaker says gives a "glimpse into future Hyundai premium vehicle design, advanced 3-D gesture-based technology controls, and spirited driving dynamics." The teaser shot shows a unique, sloping roofline that is very reminiscent of an Audi A7.

We'll have more on the HCD-14 Concept next week.

Korea has come a long way in quality of their auto's but they need to find their own design language rather than copy the Europeans or Americans.
