    Spying: Honda Accord Sedan/Coupe, Plus The Interior

    Spy photographers strike once again, this time getting shots of the new Accord Sedan and Coupe while undergoing some hot weather testing.

    Lets begin with the Accord coupe. The coupe mule caught in these pictures is almost identical to the concept shown at NAIAS in January. The front end features a wraparound grille and LED-infused headlights. There’s a noticeable character line running from front fender to the door handle.

    Next is the sedan which appears to be somewhat daring for Honda. Like the Coupe, the Sedan has a noticeable character line running down the doors. Also, the Accord sedan gets a more raked windshield and a extended roofline.

    And to top it all off, spy shots of the Accord’s interior have appeared. The big change is with the Accord’s center stack. Honda has realized that having a mess of buttons isn’t the best of ideas and has cut back on the amount and organized the buttons in a way to make it easier to find what you need. Also, the new Accord is taking some notes from the CR-V with its instrument cluster. The next accord will drop the pair of dials (speedometer and tachometer) and go towards a center speedometer with a with a digital display in its center. Left of the speedometer is the tachometer, while on the other side could be a fuel gauge.

    These are better than the current models, should help keep them from the road of Bankrupcy, yet the dash still is bland bla bla bla.

    Not a fan, but will admit this is better than what they currently have.

    I was under the impression that the speedo and the tach would look more like the new Civic. Either the words are inaccurate or the pics in Motor Trend are inaccurate. If the new Accord has the same instrument cluster as the new Civic, they will have made a mistake since no one has done a fully digital instrument cluster in 20 years. If you have been in those late 80s card that had one, you know why that is the case.

      I know a Greek guy in New York and he was just telling me that he used to take Olympic Airways to and from Greece.  He said that it was Aristotle Onassis's airline ... I didn't know that.  He told me they had a 747 named Olympus and another one named Zeus.   Olympic never put out much of a reach to North America ... just NY and Toronto, I believe.  They bankrupted sometime post-9/11.  Now, Greece only has much smaller Aegean, but they stick mostly to Europe, the Middle East, etc. Here's one of their 747s approaching Athens Airport next to the sea at Ellinikon. In looking up this airline and jet, they had a write-up on Olympic Airways Flight 411 which was using the 747 Zeus in 1978, so this was a fairly new unit. Fairly shocking for a veteran crew - 418 people on board - close call ...

      I watch a ton of shows and follow quite a few YouTubers, but it's because I have about 80 minutes a day on a bus to and from work.

      Most TV shows and sitcoms that take place in the same 1 to 3 rooms test my patience.  Maybe that's why I might watch documentaries and police shows, and very rarely at that, or watch movies I've read about in advance and want to see.

      I honestly have tried a couple times and Seinfeld is just not funny nor interesting to me, I feel like I deserve a refund for my time wasted on that show.  That also is why I tend to not watch much TV unless I stream a movie as I would rather be out living life than sitting in front of the tube being programmed at.

      Several of my friends have asked me, "What, you never saw that Seinfeld episode?!?" I'm seeing it for the first time.  It's funny. I thought "Seinfeld" was boring ... too slow. The only episode I've watched was the "Assman" episode.  Kramer, in my mind, was the only funny character on the show.
