Has the Viper GTS been approved beyond concept?

Cause I saw one today with manufacturer plates on it. Just curious.

If you mean the new coupe (they aren't using the GTS name anymore), it's coming for '06...it was in several magazines a few months ago.

Here's an article on allpar.

It has GTS on the side tags.
Whoa, the Viper's rear-end is only a 3.07?! That could be changed so easily to make the car so much faster...

Not saying I'll be owning one or will ever own one.. but I'm a bit disapointed in the rear...

My first impressions was a last gen GTS rear

This is what I was hoping for... (At least the taillamp design.. LEDs would have ben a plus)

I think the rear end is absolutely gorgeous. But I would've personally used the GTS-R taillights..
If I didn't have such a strong like of Chevrolet and GM I'd definately be all over that. Comes in my fav color and very very aggressive and sexy looking at the same time.

You would probably end up going slower... since you'de never have any traction in the lower gears

Vipers have skipshift too? I never knew that.

always... they've been using the same T56 that's in the Camaro and Vette
