Cookies are not sticking

Every time now I browse the website, I couldn't save my login information. I tried both my laptop and desktop.

Same here. I used to be able log in one time and any day I came back to the site I was all set to reply to messages. Now each day I have to type my username and password if I want to reply or make a new topic.

It's the new teflon coating—cookies now slide right off for easy clean up.

...beat me to it...

Yeah... I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought it was just my browser, but I went through every setting, automatic and manual, and it should keep cookies from C&G, but it doesn't.

Same here, but I can best that: my home computer seems to block most of the pictures on C & G: I get lots of these cute little boxes with an "X" in them, instead of icons and graphics. My work computer is fine.

Same problem. The board loses track of who I am almost every time I change pages. Almost every time I hit Reply, I become a Guest and have to log in, even though it still shows my ID as currently logged in. Sometimes it won't even accept a re-login from the error page, and I have to go back to the home page, log in there, navigate back to the thread I wanted to reply to, and try again. Usually I can reply after re-logging in...it seems almost as if the login only lasts for a short while.

No problems on other sites' forums or blogs, though I don't know specifically if any other forums I visit are using IP.Board.

IE 6.x, Win WP, all latest OS patches.

Sometimes this can have to do with the server time setting - if the server doesn't know what time it is, it can't set the cookie expiration properly.

Same here. This just started when I logged in today....

In Camino's GTO thread (for sale thread, that is), I tried to look at the pics he posted, but was told that an "error occurred" and I didn't have "permission" to look at the pics ... even tho I am obviously logged in....

*sighs*
