SPY SHOTS! 2008 SAAB 9-3 Rear

Two new photos have popped up on the Saab Turbo Club of Sweden forum today. They were taken in a car park (is it Saab's own?) full of vintage Swedish metal.

This shows the rear tail lights fairly clearly. The big question is whether or not the black surrounds are real and permanent, or some sort of masking.

Judging a by the dual exhaust, the clear tailights might be for the Aero model. Please get rid of the trunk lid chrome bar "this ain't no Lincoln" and while they're at it the V6 turbo. SAAB sedans were meant for 4cyl. Turbo's.

I love this car.

For me, it just completely blows away the 2008 CTS.

I liked the pre-refresh 9-3 already, but with the exterior fixup, it's just rocking.

Interior is suppose to remain the same, which was great anyways!

I love the aircraft styled interior.

Makes you feel like you're flying a JA 37 Viggen.

Ok, there's no resemblance, but it's a feel! I'm addicted to buttons!
