Would be an interesting little hot hatch here, esp. if Dodge does a Breeze SRT4.

True, although the regular "warm" Corsa variants are more driveable. Rumours persist of Saturn versions in the next few years.

By 2014 there will be no differences between what Opel and Saturn have to offer Europe and North America.

Actually what Lutz said was that Opel and Saturn would be largely indistinguishable by 2014. However, they will not sell each other's entire range of products verbatim.

You enthusiasts are few, the general car buyer is many! Do the math! :AH-HA_wink:

Need I remind you of our influence and marketing?

Basic cars might sell to americans, as long as they're marketed under the asian brands. Let's face it, asian car buyers make the purchase on name alone most of the time. But GM does not enjoy that kind of goodwill. Just look at their current line up for proof; it caters mostly to enthusiasts because GM knows that it needs more than "the basics" to sell cars.

Go ahead and make GM bland, then I'll be sure to track you down in a few years for the face to face "I told you so"
