This really should be mine

I've always wanted one of these cars (err...trucks) with the SS nose. One of the local SCCA guys had one that was just beautiful and then sold it to buy an S-10 EXT cab with the "extreme" package. The S-10 was a great looking truck, but nothing like that El-camino!

At least you said it is alive and living in a heated garage under a cover!

My old neighbors, when I lived in Mt. Sterling, Ohio used to have a 1982 Camaro Pace Car with about 10k miles on it. It lived a similar life.

Oh, to get GM building "real" cars again!

Well, it was last time I checked - but that was years ago.

I wonder if I still have the guy's number?

I'm a fan of yellow.... clean, nice lemon yellow not mustard yellow.

And if the mustard yellow with blackout-everything is not enough to

turn me off completely the non-matching burgundy interior IS.

Gross....

Sorry, but this is less appealing to me than the average rotted to the

belt line rub-strip, rusted shut tailgate hinged '80s ElCamino from the

New England States, powered by a 229 cubic inch V6.

MMMMMMM, yellow and burgundy (almost like purple), I love purple and yellow. Now that I'm home, I think I will bid on it. :smilewide:

Hmmm...purple and yellow. Yuck..sounds like the LA Lakers colors or Barney the Dinosaur..
