Put Mobil 1 in last night....not bad.

temp might fluctuate less, but it's still controlled by the thermostat.....?

to bad a dyno is not a reasonable thing to use to directly compare before and after. :)

Op temp runs lower in the wife's Cav...I'm hoping that it helps the Balt'.........

If you can feel 5 hp in "seat of the pants" then your bum is alot better calibrated than mine.

I've used Mobil 1 many a time, but not for performance increases or lower operating temps? If it works for you, more power to ya!

Well, I don't know about 5 hp..but it does have a bit more pep to it.....

Our Cav, which does a good anount of city driving, does benefit from Mobil 1...even in heavy traffic, I think I;ve seen the temp needle move slightly past halfway like twice since its Switch.....and it doesn't run as hard either...

I use it more for the extra protection it offers the engine....her Ecotec still runs like new at 46k....
