This guy lives down the block from me, and I have never heard the truck on the road, so I don't know if he put a 350 in it, but here's a blurry pic of a ~1988 Chevy S10 Dualy. I'm sure it is more of a "just because" conversion than for any real hauling purpose, but it still looks cool.

There was a guy on one of the S10 Forums that did a dually conversion on his second gen. Wish I could find the picture of it. Was pretty cool looking. He got the fenders from a stepside Dime and grafted them on to a fleet side and did the rear end work himself to make it a dually.
