  1. OC, third row access will be awkward enough as-is. My M-Class has a very curved rear door that hinders access to the SECOND row...and we don't even HAVE a third row. Also, many sedans don't have a curved rear door, so why is it even an issue? That said, but no matter how curved the rear door is, I just have a hard time picturing you owning one. I don't think you are the target demographic at all for this vehicle.

Texan women also ogle anyone who is not morbidly obese. Even at my fattest, I was a "thin" Texan.
  3. Is there much of a size difference? I'm asking because the headlights/taillights and grille seem to be the only exterior styling changes made to the G6 convertible. Otherwise they look almost identical to these eyes.
  4. I voted for "hit" though had I the option, I would have chosen "Aura is fairly competitive."
  5. That greenhouse is nasty looking. Ruins an otherwise pleasant-looking, albeit bland, design.
  6. To anyone at the autoshow: How comfortable is the rear (2nd row) seat? Is it super-low? It looks it from pix... I'd love to see a nice photo of a decently-sized person (~6'0") and a tall person (~6'3") sitting in the 2nd row of seats shot at a straight profile. Ten bucks says their knees will be in their faces.

This anti-GM schtick is getting really old, Josh, really old...
  8. The piano black trim would be one piece with a lot of holes in it for controls and would likely be very thin and clip over the HVAC and audio controls to make it look like one unit. In the AURA's case, it should also cover the center stack bezel.
  9. AGREED!! The Aura would really benefit from this! Not only does it look much more upscale, but it would really help convince people that the Aura belongs on the same list as Camry and Accord.
  10. Rear door "curves" jut hinder ingress and egress. It's best as it is.
  11. I actually think the production front looks sportier and "swoopier" than the concept's. I think the front improved overall, and the side profile hasn't changed in a meaningful way at all. It got a rub strip...and made it less slab-sided. The rear is as far as I can tell identical.I think the interior improved. The use of wood trim really breaks up the monotony of grey the concept had. Two gripes: the fake wood looks very cheesy where it goes concave around the ignition switch, and grey is the worse color to show off a new interior. As far as design goes, it looks great, especially since that stack was made for NAV.

  13. It'll prolly look just like AURA's...
  14. I really like the redline logo
  15. Antara Yes, that is what this is, but with a name change making it so obvious what this will influence.
  16. The front end is hideous. I hope it looks better in person. Everything else looks excellent, though.

It depends...USC is varied in that regard. Every large lecture is subdivided into "discussion" or "lab" groups of like 15-20. Then I have my managerial accounting and statistics classes where there were no more than 40 people in the class.I like the bigger lectures though cuz if I wanna skip no one really notices my absence.

Nah, she was originally at Baylor but transferred because she hated it. Bob, USC is a solid 35,000...I am a big fan of big schools...you cannot get the wide range of course offerings at a smaller school...nor as strong athletic programs...you just cannot.
  20. You've seen the production Aura? In person? WOW! If only I could be so lucky to be able to make such accurate design judgments... The Aura is poorly-proportioned? Since when? Where's the ungainly nose? Ohhhh...it's all from your exclusive preview of the production Aura before anyone else has had a chance to view it...right... The Aura isn't a badge-job of anything available in North America. So...what other cars will you buy? No one else offers dent-resistant polymer panels...so...in whose showroom will you end up signing papers for your next purchase?

Oh, due to family living there I've done the San Antonio thing before. I'm actually planning on meeting up with this one girl with whom I used to go to Catholic school and haven't seen in years...she ironically enough goes to UT but she said she'll make the drive so we can hang out some.
  23. More features? Better styling? Nicer interiors? Hassle-free dealership experience? I dunno...I guess there aren't any reasons there. Let's just kill Saturn because the dent-resistant panels are gone
  24. Yea, because Saturn sales were just through the roof
