    Pictures!

That's strange that I don't remember posting that, but that is a pic I had on the comp so I believe y'all...heh can't say I look much like that these days though.

    Pictures!

I honestly don't recall. I literally have had three pictures of myself on my computer so if you described it I could tell you, but I can't imagine ever posting anything like that on this site...

    Pictures!

Actually, I don't believe I have. But it doesn't really matter because I look nothing like I did a few years ago...

    Pictures!

i don't post pics on the net...though i see i was right about turbo and his taquitos...:AH-HA_wink:
  5. I've always called them such...they really aren't minivans what with their limited seating and lack of sliding doors...
  6. I think your post is even funnier :AH-HA_wink:
  7. Well, the first was used in 1998 with the Lexus, BMW and MB SUVs. Then the Pacifica was a crossover, and that's minivan-based. Then the CSVs adopted the "crossover" phrase very loosely.
  8. I don't believe I ever applied the phrase "crossover SUV" to the R-Class, but simply "crossover." I think it kind of HAS to be some kind of crossover since there is no concensus on here about what segment it properly is...
  9. Phew! Sometimes I am absolutely shocked at how few people pick up the humor in my posts.
  10. Please delete this post.
  11. Well, it might be because with Harry gone, someone decided he had to play the part of Strumpet.
  12. Sorry, my hair stylist is a woman.
  13. yea...if you only knew then what you know now :AH-HA_wink: :P
  14. Yea...methinks ocn gets easily confused...especially since I never leave the house in sweatpants, much less get photo'd wearing them  :AH-HA_wink: :AH-HA_wink: :AH-HA_wink: :P :P :P
  15. Well now that just explains everything!
  16. Oh, please. There's no way I was being anywhere near serious with much of that post because if middle America really voted based on who had the shiniest object Kerry would have won by a good margin (on account of Bush being so dull). Though if you want to talk alarming, let's talk about the 30% of the voting public who still doesn't know for whom they are voting the night before the election. Alarming is when 60% of America wishes the election had gone the other way less than a year after the fact as if they had no idea what they were getting themselves into.
  17. No. Not in a million years. The D's aren't stupid. They know they need a moderate candidate to win. What with the big win in VA, Warner is now a big frontrunner. You gotta remember...it isn't just democratic strongholds that need to be appealed to--they will always vote D and obviously they aren't enough to win an election--it is the vast wasteland of borderline retarded, culturally ignorant, Wallyworld-shopping, blue light special-loving, orthodontically-impaired and "fashion f*cking DON'T"-wearing "middle Americans" who make up the moderate masses of so-called "swing voters" who defy all logic in their voting patterns that must be appeased. Unless they get caught up in a massive wave of bra-burning activism (like in the 70s) or Bible-humping evangelism (like recently), this group does not stray to far from centrist political thought. Right now the D's realize that their best bet is on a moderate Democrat like the three I mentioned who might know the right hot-button soundbytes to say and, most importantly, the right shiny objects to wave in order to attract the attention (and sympathy) from this vast wasteland of America.

    Word Of The Day

Yes, GM abandoned a segment, but look at it this way: at least they went out strong instead of being left on the vine to wither like Ford seems intent on doing with the Panthers. For the times, the GM trio were the best during every year of their lifecycles.
  19. Heh, are you saying you grew up on taquitos?
  20. Most Dems don't want Hilary. The D-Ticket will be some combination of Warner, Robertson, and Bayh.
  21. Don't know why; its main competitors are crossovers. It's taller than a wagon, is on a unibody SUV platform shared with two other SUVs...not to be argumentative, but all of that sounds like "crossover" to me.
  22. Uhhhhh...San Diego was named after a saint. Much of California has Spanish/Catholic names due to the original settlement by the Spanish.

    Word Of The Day

Exactly...the SUVs were MORE popular. GM actually made a pretty good business decision IMO, especially since they don't have the srutiny like Ford now does with the Crown Vics.

    Word Of The Day

No, the Corvette is not BOF. It is a hybrid.
