Hyundai News:Hyundai Confirms Ten-Speed Automatics
Boy just think of the cost of rebuilding it and how long it would take, probably at least 2 if not 3 people working on a tranny the length of the auto

Cadillac News: Cadillac To Build RHD Models, Take Europe Seriously
This might just be the best time to re-enter a market when things are down. Should help in lowering costs and a best way to bargain the unions into giving up overloaded benefits.

Industry News: Study Shows the Median Age of Cars is Up
94 GMC Suburban approaching 300K and people are shocked at how nice it looks. A vehicle can last forever if taken care of. After all auto's are the worst investment, so they are going to have to really build the right ride for me to bite. Course I am considering a fairly new Trailblazer SS with only 36K miles. That would become my new ride and the Suburban would be used for pulling only the boats in the summer.

Cadillac News: Cadillac To Build RHD Models, Take Europe Seriously
Would be cool.. but awkward at tollbooths, parking garage exits, and drive thrus... Speaking of RHD Cadillacs, I saw a RHD UK plated current style CTS sedan in Denver last summer... While we got our first toll bridge to help pay for it, Seattle over all has no toll roads and even the bridge is electronic with no booths to stop at so RHD is not a problem for driving here.

Chevrolet News:GM’s North America President Reveals Some Info On Next Gen Colorado
Personally, I would want a GMC over a Chevy version. If they do not make it, then I guess I will hold onto my money. In regards to the comments of a V6 in the full size, They have tried this in the past and except for the few who will buy into this marketing strategy, it does not work in the real world. If you have a need that demands a full size Pickup, then you want the v8 to make sure you have the torque to move loads time after time after time. Not a strong V6 that by 100K miles is shot and ready to be replaced. Smaller is NOT better in a Full size truck. This I base on past experiance.

Chevrolet News:Spying: Chevrolet Corvette Testing In Canada
I totally agree, they need to Get off this Holding onto the old body style, they finall got rid of the ugly pop up headlights and the Stingray concept had clear connection to the Corvette DNA and yet finally gave a HOT modern look. Just look at how many people loved it in Transformers.

Thinking about this, It would be cool to be the only one with a RHD CTS-V coupe here in Seattle.

Hyundai News:Hyundai Confirms Ten-Speed Automatics
But it would be Cool to have a Caddy with a 10 or 12 speed tranny Just think of an Escalade with a large spread to handle both on road and off road better.

Industry News: 95% Of Trips Can Be Made In A Electric Vehicle
Yea, right, does not work for me. My daily round trip is 72 miles on hills getting into Seattle. Plus my daily side trips to run errands and get other things done. So how does a vehicle that covers 95% or in my case much less of my driving make sense? I would love to have an electric vehicle, but it has to have a commen sense 150 mile range. Hey Columbia, did you really ask detailed questions or just the moron question of how far is your commute from home to work and back? Yes most people could use electric auto's if that is all they did, but MOST people do many other things besides just driving to and from work. McFly Time to Wake up!!!
