Just got back from my trip to Fairmount Mineral Hot springs in Canada, love that place. Took a day to drive to Banf, then Lake Louise and hike up to the glaciers and then ran up to Jasper for dinner and drove north to enjoy the bright long day till I ran out of road and turned around and drove back to Fairmount. Awesome 24hr road trip and hike.

2017 Buick LaCrosse Exterior Completely Uncovered

I hope GM gets the JoyStick control right that is showing in the bottom picture. Hopefully easier to use and more intuitive compared to the stupid system MB or BMW uses. -
Sales: Sales Figure Ticker: June 2015
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in 2015 Sales Archive
I like the interior of the new Camaro much much better than Mustang. The mustang's interior is a bit of a let down after seeing the sexy exterior..... plus, I still loath Sync. BUT BUT BUT Sync is your ultimate embedded Microsoft Kernel Friend so it has to be better than anything else!- 27 replies

I'd like to see them do a new I-6 and maybe turbo it for a Supra. Why note make the New Supera an EV auto with a decent electric motor and a 200 mile range? As I have posted in other threads about electric motors, you could easily put in a 420HP 560lbs of torque motor and have it blow everyone off.

You're probably seeing the TDIs Very true, did not think about that but then why does the Duramax not do the black cloud thing when you stomp on it compared to the TDI's of Audi?

So much for the Ultimate Driving Machine! Wonder if MB or Audi also have the same problem?

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Takes Aim At F-150's Aluminum In New Ad
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Chevrolet
You clearly have not sat in both. Yes I have and still FORD Trucks interiors come across cheap in comparison to sitting in a GMC or even the Ram. In pecking order, I think who has the best interior is as follows. GMC/CHEVY RAM FORD- 64 replies

The only time I would say the Predator Mouth Grill works on their cars. As proven at Pikes Peak, it would be awesome to have an EV model with 600HP and 1000lbs of torque to move this. People would buy it I truly believe. Cadillac should do this, have a performance EV with a decent 200-300 mile battery system.

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Takes Aim At F-150's Aluminum In New Ad
G. David Felt replied to William Maley's topic in Chevrolet
Love the Ad, that is too funny! In reality, both trucks are solid trucks, but I do have to knock Ford as their interiors look and feel cheaper to me than GM or Ram.- 64 replies

Course you can always use the more editor options when creating a post and then click Preview Post and double check your post be fore posting. That makes it nice to post non edited posts then, but I agree with Drew, we do not think less of you for editing to keep your post spelling error free and good grammar.

Wonder if all the Turbo engines will continue to push out smoke like Audi. I see so many of their turbo's and people jump on the gas and you see all this black smoke come out every time. Very sad, just give me a reliable small block V8.

GM readies wireless downloads of new features
G. David Felt replied to Cmicasa the Great's topic in General Motors
Very cool stuff, I know GM is using EMC cloud storage and is wanting to move all storage to this for better update of their auto's. I wonder if we are not looking at a time where eventually you update your auto just like you update your computer and can choose various modes of programming for your desired driving style. -

Because the CT8 is still a phantom that doesn't exist yet, and will probably arrive with a torqueless V6. That makes zero sense in relation to them spending so much time talking about unrelated trucks. You also know nothing about the powertrains for the CT8 but given that most of the competition also have torqueless motors, it makes your post even more irrelevant and trolling in nature. The CT8's main competitor has 516 lb-ft of torque from 2,000 rpm in base model. Cadillac loves turbo fours for some odd reason, and their V6 makes like 273 lb-ft at 5,000 rpm. I hope the CT6's weak motors aren't in the CT8. Maybe they'll make the 400 hp twin turbo V6 the base engine in the CT8. I'd make that the base engine in the CT6 if it were up to me, and get some twin turbo V8s in both those cars. And both should have some sort of plug-in hybrid, even if only to sell in California to appease the bizzaro emission credit regulations there. Yet based on the European Commission the future of V8 and V12 engines are bleak and will end up going away as they reach for their goals they have stated for 2030, All auto companies are going to have to move to electric motor driven with generators or pure EV unless hydrogen truly takes off. Diesel Net has a good easy to understand emission coverage: https://www.dieselnet.com/standards/eu/ld.php If you want it straight from the horses mouth then go to the Transportation and Environment web site covering emissions: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/air/transport/road.htm Here is the European Climate commission with the stated key targets for 2020 and 2030: http://ec.europa.eu/clima/policies/brief/eu/ MB is going to have to find ways to drop their BLOATED weight and will end up having to move to 4 and 6 cylinder engines with electric motor assist, hybrids to meet these targets.

Because the CT8 is still a phantom that doesn't exist yet, and will probably arrive with a torqueless V6. Just like your over rated world best S series BS MB Garbage! Amazing how you will always move the goalpost and have a million excuses for MB but everyone else especially Cadillac you always have to state will fail. I will be the first one to both admit that I was wrong if your so called predictions come true but also will be the first to point out how your over rated German MB crap has become nothing more than an over rated Chevrolet product line with lower and lower quality as they whore out the MB luxury badge to increase profits for the few executives at the expense of quality. Already shows in most of MB products.
