CR has been rating the Chevy/GM twins pretty low, as well as the Ford's and Dodge's, and that doesn't seem to have much impact. The current Tundra was one of their highest rated trucks, and look how well that's doing .

Some people may turn away at the $200 premium, however, in todays business world where advertising is important and you gotta look the part, these could be a tidy profit for GM. They certainly look better than a run of the mill Econoline.
