  7. Yes, Glacier Blue is clean, subdued, tasteful and easy on the eyes. With limited color choices, it would take the gray interior. With a darker blue interior, it would be the best of the color combos. When it first came out, Rivieraranch said it looked anemic. It has grown on me and it is really nicer than the other colors. The Sapphire is too rich and needs some "smoke" as a shade to make it more subtle...more like the dark blue of the late 90s which wasn't as bicycle like.
  8. 1. Yes. Right. Don't they listen? Do they have wax in their ears, up their asses or in their brains? How can the drop such a tasteful combo that Geritols and younger buyers alike would opt for. 2. Thanks for the comment on the sig. And I have Z28luvr to thank for the craftsmanship. I sketched out what I wanted and he turned it into reality! Yep, I used to go to the view point at Los Angeles and watch them reach for the sky ... what a beautiful sight. I don't know why but none of the other planes really turn me on...but this one does.
  9. Right. Every day, I see a LaCrosse approaching frontally and driving down the other side of the road and I don't really like it very much. It's a real miss. They are really not listening since most of us are clamoring for more color and texture. They could have done the center stack as a recessed panel, much like the Intrigue and wrap in the dash material/dash color to accentuate the depression. I think the dark blue interior would sell quite well. But, they are cheap. Look at Monte and Grand Prix - black, tan and gray (not on GP) and with all black dashboards - beyond horrendous. At least the LaCrosse color coordinates the dashboards.
  10. I just looked up currency rates. Our dollar buys $ 1.10 worth of Canadian dollars. That is unbelievably bad, relatively speaking. When you throw on their taxes, you are right about 1:1. That's horrible. There is no reason to go vacation in Canada right now. Obviously, it's a field day for them coming down into the States to vacation. I remember that, living in Seattle from 1997 through 2000, the US:Canada ratio went to 1.00 : 1.52 once. Crossing the border to vacation or buy things was like stealing...or felt like it!

Of which the "Nile Crocodile" is the most lethal. Scary $h!.
  20. I'm glad you got yourself an internship. Congrats! Be sure to learn a lot. Will you be doing residential or commercial? (No need to name the firm). I am sure that you will also like being close to home rather than schlepping to some far away place to pull off an internship. Also, be sure to relax some. It will be nice to get to 40 to 50 hour weeks instead of those crazy architecture school hours that go around the clock (I remember shaking from all the caffeine - bad memories - visions of trash cans full of empty Mountain Dew cans) and you'll get to make money. I've done C&G on dial up. It's not impossible. Be sure to check in when you can!

  22. Chargerino will obviously never have any difficulty flossing. (As I get ready to go to the orthodontist tomorrow for an adjustment).
