  1. oh yes you do my word: knowledge
  2. Wow. You've found a lot you don't like. They are aware of the back seat woes as they have been mentioned often in reviews. It's the price we pay for the roof line. An armrest in the back would be nice as the Monte (a Chevy) has it. Come to think of it, that steering wheel brushed applique will probably not age well. I think the cloth will probably be durable given that the velour in my 1992 is still intact, however, I don't like how it feels to the touch. When it was released in 2004, the cloth was atrocious. The biggest problem I have is the black dash to complement the beige seats. Horrible. I walked by a Cobalt yesterday and, for God's sake, it had a beige interior with a beige dash...on a car costing $ 5,000 to $ 10,000 less!

  4. Have you ever let out a nasty fart in an elevator when you are the only one in there ... and then exit the cab only to have others get on? That's great stuff, right?
  5. I went on a CATHOLIC ( ) retreat with my college (for a class) up in Santa Barbara. We could opt to go to this retreat and write a 2 page paper on how we had grown spiritually as a result of it for 20% of our grade. (We wrote the paper before we ever left for the retreat)! The weather was gorgeous and those of us in the same dorm had swim trunks on. We asked if it was possible to light farts. I put my legs up and turned someone's lighter on. Then I let one rip. Good God! It shot a flame about 4 feet out. It was almost scary but so funny. I laughed so hard for about 30 minutes that I was in tears! I DON'T recommend trying as the flame coming back at you might not be good. **** Also, there was a neigborhood in the metro area where I grew up called Wilmington. They had refineries there since it was close to the Port of Los Angeles at San Pedro. Sometimes, it stunk. Thus, if among some friends we passed a particularly sulphurous fart, we called it a "Wilmington Special."

  7. I don't know why...I don't have any stamina in the water but can stay on an elliptical, stair climber or run for a much longer period of time. Swimming seems to wear me out quickly and I sure wouldn't want to pass out in a pool in case someone didn't see me. Maybe I'm just neurotic.

  16. Like I've said elsewhere, it is an adult's go kart. Having rented them 5 to 10 times, I've essentially driven one the equivalent of crossing the US. I like it.What in the interior needs to be fixed besides the color issue and the fact that the buckets are too confining for a guy with an average build?

  19. I don't even KNOW what it is. Is it a G6 of sorts? If it's anything like the G6 COUPE, I'll pass!

  21. Overall, if it really is like they are reporting at this juncture, I am disappointed. Also, if it's the same 3900 going into the Impala and the MC, you don't want it despite HP and VVT....it's slightly raspy.
  22. Man, the Crocmeister and Chargerino have some interesting chemistry, that's for sure.

  24. I was looking through all of the 2007 model guides and it looks like a year of retrenchment...not much new, not much different in the way of colors and trim and virtual duplication of ordering groups/patterns. Say I wanted a telescopic wheel or a folding front bucket seat outside of an option group. It's almost as it they are saying "take it or leave it." Are any juicy new platforms or extensive face lifts due in 2008 or 2009? Good Gawd. Are you feeling the same way - kind of ambivalent about the upcoming model year?
