  1. start here http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/arti.../FREE/809029985 so much nicer than the dodge.
  2. OMG the a bodies were crappy cars...LOL I remember the ciera GT, but certainly have never seen one in convertible form. you could never have paid me to drive these cars.
  3. nah, her punishment for us was to sit on our laps in class to make an example of us. true story. the boys, at least. i often wondered why it was hard to get up out of my desk after math class. i was bad often. she was a good teacher. she made sure to discipline me every chance i was bad. i will say this. my SAT scores in math were so good, i didn't have to take any math in college. i want to thank my math teacher some day. she had supple hips that she managed to fit in the desk/chair somehow.
  4. its ok to feel my own scrotum, and i have. but my math teacher / church choir lady said that only girls should feel that part on a boy. she was always my favorite teacher.
  5. i saw a nice 300c aero front driver the other day and was reminded of how sweet that car was. despite its blight of having the chrysler badge. anyways, that car with a refresh would do far better again in the market now than the current rwd gangsta car. if chrysler would return to making cars with shapes like that........
  6. hard to fully believe that since the 09 escape fwd v6 i drove a couple months ago was reduced down below 23k. and it had a moonroof, but not leather. looks like honda has had to resort to dumping cars too now like everyone else. lol if i had been that lady i would have found a nice clean one year old volvo wagon.........wouldnt have cost much more
  7. vue sales were quite good last month. weight is the new vue's only downside. its much more solid than the crawling recreational vehicle.
  8. i hope it gets a nice new interior. to be honest, the exterior shape of the impala is one of the nicest, cleanest, crispest sedan shapes on the road and it could easily soldier on for a few more years with a new front beak.
  9. if they could merely use the front and rear reskins of the routan that would do the trick i think. then, redo the interior so it doesn't look like a bus.
  10. in one of the pics there is the aztek and the corvair. beauty and the beast. lol
  11. i think it was a 66. red. convertible....if you search the threads i think i have pics on here. he had it about a year. had one when he was a lad. but he made out like a bandit on trading this one.
  12. any scrotum makes me run and hide
  13. toyota had sales numbers with declines a lot like chrysler for many of its models.
  14. well if you stayed in podunkville you could at least cling to guns and religion...LOL
  15. you prob still could in some places if you did that
  16. i agree with like everything you said (the civic plug is a stretch ) the CRV IMO is one of the biggest public con jobs on the market right now. buy a kia sportage and save 10 grand, no diff i say. you realize subaru is leasing the forester for virtually nil down and under 250 a mo right now? AWD included......anyone shopping crv's would do well to look at a forester first.
  17. i would not be averse to an insight and a honda badge. at that price and mpg. with dealer markup though.....
  18. go all the way. pierce that scrotum.
  19. truth is folks are finding out its a rip off as far as pricing goes and the fact that its not better or even as good as many competitors.
  20. having driven an 09 escape v6 i can attest that it is sedan like and a very nice vehicle. i have NOT driven a CRV but you wouldnt be able to get me to do so, its really a waste of money. if they would drop the price on it 5-7k, then i see it as being an ok vehicle. it simply is not worth what folks are paying for it. I have driven a RAV4 and its a joke. i don't loathe the CRV like I do the RAV. Mainly my disdain for the CRV is that its highway robbery, its a Kia Sportage with an H on the grille. The RAV is cheap and tinny and plasticky. If one must really have the Asian brand cute ute, the forester is the classy one. You might be able to convince me its worth what folks are paying. The Outlander is the best of all of them though, cargo capacity, flexibility, tech, etc. The outlander is most appealing Asian cute ute and its not even close. So where the escape falls in all of this......better pricing and now the engine and handling are fixed. it has sync and sirius travel link. Send someone with 27k to look at a RAV4 or CRV and then have them drive an 09 Mariner like with the v6 6 speed and Voga pkg or something. its not going to take much to convince them what a real vehicle is. Honda should be ashamed of selling what amounts to a puffy hatchback with a slow powertrain for the highway robbery prices they are.
  21. wife and i met at a wedding. her cousin and my college roommate. my wifes best friend maid of honor and one of my best friends groomsmen met at our wedding, and hooked up, and got married. its this sick little chain. i've known a lot of people who got together at weddings. mustang, look out, you might get charmed in that groomsman gear.
  22. i need to order up some campaign pins and buttons for a local community campaign. i want to ask Obama if i get a discount on orders over 500 pins, he's a community organizer, right, he should know where the volume discount starts
  23. easy enough to sell more rios at costco to meet this i guess
  24. watch hummer flourish once its sold
  25. just surf prn until your face falls on the keyboard
