  1. It may, which brings up an interesting question: It's a AAA battery, about a year and a half old, the battery is warrantied for 3 years. Thing is I don't have AAA at the moment, is it still covered?
  2. If Chrysler is still around, that, since my first new car would be Challenger anyway. If neither, than either a Ford product, a Nissan product, a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, or maybe a VW CC (I love those).
  3. I thought it might have been a 3 Series, if only because of the tail light.
  4. It's still going, if I could just get the damn battery to recharge!
  5. I haven't seen that episode...I'd love to watch it.
  6. This thread is probably the most any of us have agreed on one thing ever. So far it's unanimous.
  7. At least I can take heart in the fact that even with a new engine I'll still have spent less that the Hyundai. Good luck to him though. Are those photos taken with the Canon?
  8. Stick or not I would have rather had the 300M. Oh well, hope it's good for him.
  9. My 2.7 V6 isn't worth fixing, I want to put a 3.2 or 3.5 in it.
  10. The more I look a t this car, the more I love it. Every time I look at I find something new and interesting with the detailing. The lines perform different styling functions at different angles, which is really neat, yet they aren't just randomly thrown on the sheetmetal.. It has such fluidity and cohesiveness, the sort of thing BMWs of late only wish they had.
  11. They teach important life lessons, like how to get your money back from that hooker.
  12. Ok I'll give it a rest. But yeah, Nissan has kickass photography.
  13. I haven't really considered anything yet, I just posted it.
  14. Sure, but that overall profile is from most high-end FR cars. The car's look is all it's own. I can pick apart how the profiles are very different, but hopefully the imagery posted will eliminate that need.
  15. I would gladly buy this over an R8, the R8 really isn't a pretty car. It looks like an MR supercar because it is, but that doesn't make it pretty. The R8's appeal is more for it's livability anyway.
  16. The nose is still the "weak" link, but it looks better with live photos. The rest of the car is hot hot hot though. I like how they showcased the suspension and dirty bits at the show.
  17. Looking forward to it, you do some impressive work. How familiar are you with engine swaps?
  18. I found our chat feature, but despite the fact that we used to have it, it's disabled currently, and I need Z to help out with that. But yeah, the built in chat wasn't that great, so maybe an external on would be something to look into.
  19. Spy Shots: Mysterious Chevy small car spied testing Spy shots of a mysterious Chevy small car prototype have surfaced on the web today and everyone seem confused as to what it might be. The five-door hatchback spied undergoing winter testing could be the next-generation Chevy Aveo, though looks very little like the next-gen Chevy Lova – the Chinese version of the Aveo – that we saw in spy shots taken last September. The interior of the prototype, as well, is a big departure from any we've seen in other Chevy small cars, especially the main gauge pod that appears to house a tachometer with a digital display that extends off to the right and likely works as a speedometer. There's also the larger Cruze and smaller Spark to consider, but the mystery car doesn't appear to be related to either of those new bow-tie models. Feel free to guess away in the comments as to what this prototype might be. Source: Autoblog Gallery
  20. Picked it up today, with the "new" front tires, oil change, and lovely R sticker on it. I was greeted by the battery being said. Feel the love! So I took it for a drive to recharge the battery. I don't like the Continental tires...they're noisy...but at least they're safer than bald tires, and the car drives straight again. I missed driving it. Basically I'll just drive and enjoy (no road trips) until a donor pops up, and keep an eye on the oil.
  21. Hell Yes. I love Mythbusters...it's one of those shows that makes me wish I still had cable.
  22. From the side it looks like a boat. Stick to cars guys.
