  1. Another tidbit...on the Chrysler Advisory Board, reaction have been overwhelmingly positive for this car. I'm keeping a careful watch on this car for any news actually confirming it. If they do, I'll be a very happy person.
  2. A midsize car that 'isn't a FWD me-too wannabe Camry like every other midisze car? BRILLIANT!
  3. That's RWD EXCITEMENT!!!! to you.
  4. Show me which Fiat please. Looks like an evolution of Chrysler design language to those of us who aren't eager to try to desperately find a way to say "ZOMG IT LOOKS JUST LIKE [iNSERT BRAND HERE]'S CAR TRUCK AND SUV!!!!!"
  5. Took me all of 3 minutes. Whose the man? http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source....48956356736243
  6. I would suspect it would offer traditional powertrains as well as the EV powertrain to widen it's appeal. The ca itself is build on a modified version of the LX platform, so the platform wasn't just created from the ground up (like the Volt's). Big cost savings right there.
  7. Of course, more unnamed sources...however at least for once the speculation is about something positive. And Chrysler execs have dropped hints at the possibility of these being built.
  8. Several sources are coming together to suggest that an electric or hybrid-electric sedan similar to the Chrysler 200C concept will be built at the Brampton plant in calendar year 2011. The vehicle would have a range extender to bring it up to 200 miles. While nothing definite is known, several sources have converged on this rumor. Source: Allpar
  9. Perhaps so, but it has the performance to make upf or the interior shortcomings. If teh Solstice did the interior wouldn't be much of an issue. Or do you forget the Viper ACR lapping the `ring faster than the ZR1?
  10. Wow, 400k miles on the 300M! Good for your friend!
  11. I'm sure that's the case with every trash strewn yard then.
  12. Not fixed, there's still a typo.
  13. Well I mean look at the photo of the guy's house and driveway. It's as redneck/trashy as they come.
  14. Sounds like EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!!!
  15. Those are nice too.
  16. I like the Trailblazer SS...but the interior is just terrible, and I'm not overly picky with interiors. If you want something with a little more kick, and a halfway decent interior (plus better handling)... Also, the `08+ interiors of all GCs got at least a little better: `07 `08/`09
  17. It doesn't matter who the rant was too, it really is unnecessary for this thread, and I'm asking you to stop ranting in this thread. We have plenty of other threads for it, or you could make (another) one dedicated to ranting. He asked for suggestions about vehicles, not rants.
  18. This is no way to treat a 1963 Corvette split-window coupe. Found in Washington by one of Google StreetView's drones, there's actually no barn to this barn find, just a car left sitting in the gray mist that folks in the Pacific Northwest call "weather." This Corvette had a 12-year shelf life, and then according to the owner, it's "been veggin' on the spot since '75." If you are interested, it's one of the fuel injected models and comes with an extra engine and other parts. Of course, if it's been sitting there for 34 years, it could fall to pieces when you try to move it... and you'll probably find more than a few dead (or perturbed) animals lurking thereabouts. But that wouldn't stop you, would it? Check out the gallery below of this forlorn '63 Vette. Autoblog
  19. GM's devisions doesn't know that, they're too stupid and busy fighting each other.
  20. THIS JUST IN!!!! "Sources" say Chrysler is going to buy Toyota then it's going to ask Honda to buy it. Why? We dunno why! But the sources say so, so it must be TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. Well Reg, you posted a source so I retract the smk comment.. Still, more unnamed "sources". Give me a name and I'll actually give a $h!.
  22. Too bad they didn't make the interior less bargain basement, and better tune the suspension.
