  1. C'mon spill the beans. Only someone from C&G would know who I am on Autoblog.
  2. Rename the thread Satty.
  3. ATX is just a standard type of tower designed for what most components will fit to. Choosing a tower usually boils down to just preference of design (and quality). I like to go on the larger side so there's plenty of room. I still prefer nVIDIA, they still seem, last I check, to hold the edge for performance.
  4. Ah, that's better wording. I do it all the time when I'm a a dealer.
  5. Buy the stuff at newegg. You can build a excellent gaming computer for $800 including OS. You can go even further than that though. The sky is the limit as they say. To build one, you need teh following: ATX Computer Case CPU of your choice (AMD or Intel) Motherboard that fits the CPU. There are mobos for Intel and AMD in separate categories. Make sure you have the right socket to match teh CPU you want. Power Supply (600W and up for gaming) Hard Drive RAM Video Card CD/DVD drive OS
  6. Adobe seems to being going downhill lately. PS CS4 is a memory hog that's is slower than CS3 with few actual benefits.
  7. I'm not sure I get how chatting with the sales person is "BSing". At any rate the next LaCrosse is far superior to the one it replaces, and actually has a shot at bringing in more people than GM fans. The sales guy will probably like it a lot more when he realizes just how many more sales it gets.
  8. As usual when it comes to computers, you have no idea what you are talking about. Vista's interface is very similar to XP, it's just streamlined and less cluttered. Of course you can set it to look like Windows Classic if your brain can't comprehend the shininess. Directories such as Pictures and such have been moved, but now the Pictures folder for example, is out in the open not embedded within Documents. I'm a "Windows Guy", it took me all of however long the setup process to install the OS was to make it work properly. Again it is hardware and user ignorance/stupidity that makes Vista seem like it sucks. If you take just a moment to quit your bitching, look at it, and use a machine that doesn't suck, it's just fine.
  9. Well at least I got a few posts before this thread went down the $h!ter.
  10. This title is for me not your mom.
  11. That's discrimination against wheat toast, sir.
  12. I haven't, but it has been pretty well hijacked. On that note I want a witty title...but I have to come up with one. I hate coming up with titles/names.
  13. That is ironic.
  14. Try updating the video card (or integrated graphics, depending what you have) drivers.
  15. I hereby knight you "Smartass Extraordinaire"
  16. I almost fell out my chair laughing! :rotflmao:
  17. +1
  18. ooo I think I found it.
  19. I do actually, but I have to figure out how.
  20. Sorry dude. That being said while the auto rags have their discrepancies, one need only to sit and poke around the interiors of the cars listed above to see and feel the difference. The original point was that Ford's interiors were all being accused of being horribly cheap and that GM's were better. I'm just making a point that its not the case.
  21. I did just now...I'm afraid he disintegrated upon impact and got stuck on the bottom of the pool. Poor fat bastard.
