  1. OH look, it's that guy.
  2. FOG: Wiring just sucks in cars, it's that simple. It's the reason I never bothered to fix the trunk light in my car.
  3. Hey FOG, I refer you to my last post.
  4. You and me both.
  5. Oh I do, the retards across the street.
  6. Oh Satty, you make me lol. Anyway, Ocn it's not that hard. The manual wil give you a bunch of recipes for making various types of bread. It's basically a matter of putting the ingredients in the bread maker and let it do the rest. Cleaning it can be a PITA but not terrible. Just make sure you get bread machine flower. ...now you have me wanting to find the parts to hours and making some bread.
  7. We got about 8 inches on top of the 10 or so we already had. 1-4 more tonight/tomorrow and another couple expected for Tuesday.
  8. Bite Me 1. (v) A slightly more polite way to say "f@#k off you prick".
  9. It's ok, sometimes you can't help yourself. I forgive you. Yeah we do have to meet up sometimes soon. I haven't even seen thing thing yet.
  10. Sounds like a driver issue, or the ISP sucks. You could also try resetting the router and modem.
  11. I predict someone will lose.
  12. Norton is a pig, when the subscription expires get Avast! Antivirus.
  13. He said he got one for Xmas.
  14. GM plans to double sales in Japan by 2011. If you think GM's sales have been on the decline in the US, it's even worse over in Japan. This year saw sales decline to a mere 2,000 units, down from 50,000 in 1996. GM plans to address the issue and aims for a modest increase of 2,000 units for by 2011. Follow the jump to find out how they plan to do it. http://www.cheersandgears.com/index.php?showtopic=27789
  15. If you think things have been tough for General Motors in America, you should see how bad it's going for them in Japan. Forget pulling out of the Tokyo Motor Show, we're talking a steady sales decline over the past decade that has brought volume to just 2,000 units a year from a high of 50,000 in 1996. That really sucks, so GM wants to try and change things ASAP. They have announced a modest goal of doubling sales in Japan over the next three years. Part of the problem with Japanese sales is image, but product selection and a shrinking dealer network are also to blame. Rick Brown, president of GM Japan, says they plan to address those issues by adding a couple of dealerships a year, and by shaking up the product mix. They plan to start selling the Chevy Aveo, the new 2010 Camaro, and despite the struggling economy, some new luxury cars and SUVs like the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon, Saab 9-3X, 9-4X and 9-5. Even though those products might help, it might be a case of too little too late. Japanese buyers might be even more hesitant than usual to buy cars from the Detroit 3 because of bankruptcy fears. It's not like Ford and Chrysler are doing any better in Japan either, with similar sales declines over the pact ten years. Heck, they aren't even buying as many domestic cars these days. 16. Ok, that's great...when did I imply my car was better? You don't always have to try explain how your car is better every time you get a new one, it's gets old...and annoying. (and that's the way it comes off, even if it wasn't your intent)
  17. Build a budget desktop. $800 for Jessica's new desktop in September is superior to my $2k desktop I built a few years back. Of course paying that much then means it's no slouch now and still better than a lot of what you can buy, but a new video card is in order. But I digress. I like laptops, but not enough to choose one over a desktop. My brother paid $600 for his and while it's fine for school it's no gaming machine. Requires low settings just to play FFXI lag free.
