  1. I...want...that...car!!! I would avoid Cateras since they have reliability issues and they look like a big fat Cavalier. Might also suggest Nissan 300ZX (80's or 90's), Jeep Cherokee (c'mon, they're old but tough as nails offroad and that's where all the fun's at) 2nd gen LH car (300M's are a pretty sweet deal) 3rd or 4th gen Camaro 3000GT/Dodge Stealth
  2. Well gee, 2 extra cylinders and a Turbo..and it goes faster? I would hope so.
  3. Personally I think the newer Cadillac ads aren't as good as the ones with the old agency. It should directly say that in the ads too, no more being soft. This I wonder about. Why would you not want to discuss teh ads if you are wanting change? Sounds like a formula for bad relations...that doesn't bring about improvement.
  4. Well the displays may suck, but at least the unit looks a million times better than the CR-V's
  5. They're good vehicles, so I would think a while.
  6. My girlfriend watches this guy and thinks it's hilarious. I think it's kinda scary/retarded
  7. The MCE SRX? it's a different stereo unit. But the BLS commits that sin, which I agree is unacceptable. Lookinga t it, the display is actually the same, but the unit itself looks nicer.
  8. Or the other way around...which is why I liked the Trax so much better.
  9. I spy...misaligned surfaces!
  10. Says a lot about his wife.
  11. Sixty8 is calling you an old fart fly
  12. Didn't you just get a car? Get your Buick in good running order before tackling another project
  13. It is indeed lucky for you to have it as part of your career. I know GM and the Domestics still make mistakes (4-speed pickups, Chrysler Interiors, Ford's lack of the new 3.5L in the Fusion, and their general poor management). They don't get a free pass though, whereas it still seems that certain things are overlooked when an import vehicle is mentioned.
  14. Naturally the auto rags don't complain about it.
  15. Yup, you can buy a cheap but effective suction cup at the auto parts store.
  16. That's the base unit of the new CR-V? What a load of $h!! It looks like something from the 80's or early 90's! That's the worst head unit I've seen in a modern vehicle.
  17. They still haven't fixed the front end, I love everything about this car except the nose.
  18. A Neon with round, chrome hubcaps (think pie plate), but that's not the worst! It had "vents" all over the hood...more than 200 of them.
  19. Once more, the texturing on the dash looks the same as the stuff on the Caliber's dash. But does anybody bitch about it? No, `cuz it's a Toyota! So it must be good.
  20. C'mon ocn, you've seen the car before.
  21. I am well aware of the Focus being on the old platform, and for that they can poke fun of it all they want. But I was referring to styling. Also, wheil so far 20 engines have been reported, as many as 30,00 could be effected. I'll tell you one place that's full of bias: the"truth"aboutcars.com Right on.
  22. Perhaps I can help you understand: This is the Torrent's old one, which will be replaced next year. More to the point, the competition does off both a different radio and a shiny high-tech screen And this is the display. Personally, I like th CR-V's interior and have no issues with it's screens or what have you, just pointing out what the competition's got. Edit: And for the hell of it, here's Chrysler's
