Pontiac G8/Holden Commodore Confirmed
I think slapping a Solstice-like front end may f@#k the looks of the car up...just keep it the way it is. Also, the Catera looks like a big fat Cavalier with an interior that's almost as ugly....look at how far spread the gauges are!

Leadership After Lutz
Since Lutz has made such a difference for GM I fear his successor will f@#k things up.

2008 Cadillac CTS: NAIAS pictures and video
I think the STS needs to grow larger and compete with the 7-series since the CTS is now big enough to compete with the 5-series. Then they need a smaller car to compete size wise with the 3-series. And finally...drop the ancient DTS.

2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8, R/T Image Gallery
In a sense yes, which is what I first thought, but the shade of the shield is different (more squared off and less rounded). There are a lot of subtle differences. I wonder how different the 300's interior will look.

Wow it looks great in silver, and I can't get over how nice that interior looks. The pop-up nav looks a bit weird, but cool at the same time.

Buick Enclave Ordering Guide
In that list I don't see leather seating as standard or an option....so what gives? I dunno, the things they offer seem pretty good to me..what more do you want?

I'm In love. After you click the link, you will be too!
I prefer the sport model with the emblem in the grill...the normal grill is too much. I like it...but I like teh CTS better, and the CTS will probably more sporty...and the CTS looks far better inside (when could you last say that about a Caddy?).

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Equinox Sport
I like having the oil pressure gauge and battery life gauge in my Shadow...I miss those in the Intrepid. The battery gauge would have been useful since the battery did actually die on me....oh well, at least it died at home. I'm with CSpec...it didn't age well...I still don't like thatf ront end.

2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8, R/T Image Gallery
Wow the materials on the upper dash look a lot softer and less cheap (and lower gloss). The changes to the center stack help a lot too, and the vents...it really brings up the quality and appearance of the interior. My favorite thing however is how the gauge shield no longer goes 2/3rds of the way across the dash, and just covers the gauges. I have always hated that design element..and of course Dodge spammed it for a while. At least the Intrepid's flowed gracefully, the old Magnum/Charger looked like it was just tacked on. Now that this is fixed, I have no complaints about the Magnum! I wonder if the Charger gets the same interior upgrades? Oh and here's the old top-of-the-line interior for a more direct comparison: My only wonder/complaint is why the steering wheel cvontrols are no longer silver (matching) and are now black.

Another reason to dislike japanese car companies...
As you guys know already, I have no problems with the thought of buying a foreign car, or any car, if it's a car I desire. The problem I have is the manipulation of the profits Japan Inc. does, plus the fact that they set limitations on what domestics can import into their lands while they can sell whatever they want over here. The government has a lot ot be blamed about too, what with their total obliviousness to soaring health care costs, and their refusal to level the playing field as far as trade goes. Just you watch: if our trade regulations were as strict as Japan's, there'd be a lot less Toyotas on the street. Of course if Japan and these other markets had open trade like we do then I wouldn't have a problem either. And to to top it off, our incompetent government, led by a man who can't speak or spell, and backed up by a man who mistakes people for small birds, doesn't give a $h!. They have yet to work on health care issues or trade issues or anything that actually matters. All they care about is oil and blowing $h! up in the middle east under the guise of "anti-terrorism".

Winter Storm
Supposedly this storm is supposed to change over to ice today and then to snow before it ends, then it usures in cold weather.

Millenia Wonders....
Exterior wise, it's in good shape...but I bet the interior is abysmal. You should go for the dark blue...or black...or maybe a deep red since you like red and all.

Millenia Wonders....
Someday I want some nice 5-spoke wheels for the Intrepid, kinda like ones on that first Millenia, or liek what's on the SRT Charger/Magnum. Maybe 18's...maybe 19's...it depends on how they look...I won't go for oversized retarded crap...and no chrome pie plates either. But liek you guys...money is the key, and I only just started my job..which is just on weekends...so it'll be a ways off.

An Age Old Manual Question
4Quite interesting. The clutch on the Prizm has been replaced once at 167k (idh) miles, and then the tranny abiout 3k miles later (it needed to be replaced then but we weren't able to get a tranny in time when the clutch blew). I learned to put it in neutral, my friend puts his Corolla in neutral when slowing down or coasting...he has like 156k miles on it with the original tranny and clutch. I downshift on hills or when traffic slows down, but coming to a stop, liek I said, I just put it in neutral.

FIRST LOOK: DCX Minivans
I don't see what the big deal is about the shifter placement. It's unique at least, and as long as it's not blocked by the steering wheel I have no problems with it.

Millenia Wonders....
Hi res = goodness. I wish my camera had more megapixels. oh well someday. That's a mighty fine interior shot you snagged...makes it look better that it does in person (to me), but what is with the yellow on the spokes?
