  1. If i can find a deal on a firehawk, ill jump on it.... but my requirements are LS1 and a T56 F-body... that leaves me open to Camaros, but id rather have a firechicken! Not to hijack the thread, but Camino and Schuby, what kinda mileage you get with? was yours a 6 speed? mine would serve DD duty to college and work, the Nova will become a weekend warrior
  2. Schuby's Sig depicts my next car... long live the Arrow Head!!!!
  3. What is the differnece between the NA Zeta and other Zetas?
  4. my next car will be a Pontiac! but i guess it doesnt help GM cause its used my next purchase is an LS1 Formula/Trans Am 6 speed to daily drive... but if all goes well, my first new car purchase in a few years will be a G8 ST!
  5. when i just logged in and saw the pic on the front page, i screamed HOLY $h!! im in love!.... i lvoe the midgate, the powertrain and styling... its second only to my G8 ST
  6. This was actually the first football game ive ever caught... and it wont be my last! and linking the Pats loss to a B Pillar? Damn,.. thats a stretch
  7. nope XP said it because in the Married with Children episode, Al Bundy's Dodge was about to hit 1,000,000 miles, and Dodge was going to give him a brand new Viper... as long as they could record the car rolling over. He had the car with a mile under a mile, and the brakes let loose, and the Dodge rolled out of the garage going over the million mile mark, screwing Bundy!
  8. great episode! another one invlolving Al's dodge is the one when he needs a water pump so Jefferson goes to Cuba for one!
  9. Hey Camino... heres a cool one for you.. the Grand Camino.... Grand National+El Camino = Heres the GM High Tech article clicky
  10. but its the same idea as a port and polish!
  11. theres a 69 GTO wagon in my area thats always at the local cruises... its got a 455 and a 4 speed i love cool creations like that!
  12. you piss me off... i have no skills like that! your really good! this is probably my greatest artwork in paint
  13. i wouldnt say id buy it, but from 1962 till 1970, a 4 cylinder was the base motor for my nova! trust me, i will never buy a Camaro without a V8... but im realizing more and more its the mainstream models that support the enthusiast models.... so without the sales the 4 cylinder might bring in, i might lose my 500hp monster camaro!
  14. the Provoq looks pretty badass from this angle!
  15. im actually not opposed to a four banger... while the IRON DUKE was no great motor, a 4 banger camaro may be a good base... how many 4 cylinder fox mustangs were sold when it was available?! it may be a good choice if it has a little pep
  16. hey what are your rust proofing plans? cause ive used this paint called POR15... works very good and is rust proof.. goes on like regular brush on
  17. i actually like it!!!
  18. Hey! id rock a vega! someday, if i find one thats not rusted back to the earth, im planning a twin turbo 383 build
  19. i hear you... the cupholder in my best friends camaro BLOWS
  20. Driving a V8? :AH-HA_wink: im not sure... as a teen, theres really not many positve male role models i can think of... my dad had a big influence on me though.. i guess ill feel accomplished when i start making a real living for myself, and have a family to take care of
  21. that one station around me thats planning E85 is also one of the few that has 100octane race fuel.. from what ive been able to read, Ethanol is high octane, so it will be a good alternative to the $6 a gallon race gas sold here!
  22. No matter what, it needs a V8... dont say a V6 will appease everyone... it will have a V8 optional..
  23. i love early second gens! how can a car based on this not be sexy?
