  1. I know that's why I don't like them as much as I used too. A lot of their new products are just not...attractive.
  2. I'm starting to agree with you there after looking at the picture more closely.
  3. Don't like the rising trunk lid. If you squint, the front reminds me of a 5-series a bit.
  4. It's a mule. Here is a visual aid. Anyways, I wonder if that thing is packing a V10 or not, I was kinda hoping for something different. At least the ASCC has been scrapped according to most sites.
  5. I retract my statement from before that the silver is better. Hot damn that black is nice.
  6. Just thought of something, will the silver trim on the steering wheel be too hot to touch on those scorching summer days?
  7. That white is definitely nice looking. It's taken awhile, but I'm warming up to the roundness of this next-gen Vue. Also, after riding in a brand new current gen Vue, I'm hoping the new one will have a more comfortable backseat. The old one wasn't inspiring me to buy it.
  8. Agreed. Also their like always ads seemed more inline with the whole Saturn image than the rethink american ones.
  9. Those are my feelings too. Definitely impressive on the inside, the outside is lacking anything distinguishable and most people who are in the price range of 40k will NOT spend that much on a PA that looks like an Impala from the rear. I can imagine how it would go if someone bought a new PA and showed it off: "Wow nice Impala" "No no no, it's the brand new 40k Buick Park Ave." "40k for an Impala look-a-like? Or rather 40k for a BUICK?" "Wait till you see the inside though" "Oh wow that's pretty nice, still...why is that Buick so expensive? How come you didn't just buy a Lexus?" "...." It was mentioned that the supposed original plans were for a complete reskin, which I'm in favor for if it is made more distinguishable and upscale looking than the current form. If the Chinese PA was brought over EXACTLY as it is, I would hope its sales would be better than the Acura RL as that car also suffers from bland outside, beautiful inside syndrome, although the RL is 10k more. lol..I didn't get it either until you spelled it out. I kept thinking what does the Durango looking like a pig have anything to do with this?
  10. Like I said when I first saw the Chinese Park Ave, it needs to look less like an Impala, especially if it comes over here.
  11. Damn that red is just sucking me into a world of lucious RWD 4dr V8 love. I'm glad they kept the logo, it helps differentiate it from the older Pontiacs. Mind you I do love the red arrowhead, but I bet today's consumer can't think of anything good when they see it.
  12. Ah I see. Funny, must've missed that when I scanned the board for it.
  13. I'm surprised I haven't seen a topic about this yet, as its already a day old or so. Oh well here ya go: GM kicks butt in Edmunds survey Edmunds.com just released their "Consumers' Most Wanted Vehicle Awards for 2007," and GM cleans ups with 13 first place finishes, with the GMC Acadia being named "Most Significant Vehicle." So a big, hearty CONGRATS! goes out to the General. Well done, indeed! Full results here: Edmunds.com Announces Consumers' Most Wanted Vehicle Awards for 2007 Naturally GM's "Maximum Bob" Lutz couldn't wait to get the story out, as his blog is here. Original Article
  14. I also noticed that too while visiting the site this morning. I like it better than their current slogan, as it actually relates to something about Buick, or rather where it wants to go starting with the Enclave.
  15. Hah I didn't realize how close my post was to yours until I just read it now. It just means we have good taste
  16. Very elegant Buick right there. Hopefully that's the word people should think when they hear/see Buick in the coming years. One thing about that cloth interior, I really think gray interiors are cheap looking and this one is no different. If it were tan or black I wouldn't mind.
  17. Heh I was going to post it too in the morning, but I got lazy. I am rather anxious to see that car in the flesh. Mmm..can almost taste that RWD V8 4 door.
  18. I wonder if anyone was actually serious about the "horrid" B-pillar...besides Sixty8 that is.
  19. Or worse, tack the Camaro name onto a minivan.
  20. The Camaro is a B-pillar featuring rolling pile of crap. Going to have to go with the Tiburon now for my speed needs.
  21. Grille is vomit inducing. However the overall shape and headlights seem sharp. Do remember this is a possible rendering of what it MAY look like.
  22. Thank ya kindly. Saw it at the Dallas Auto Show and was impressed. As common of a color as silver is, I think it's the best color for the car out of all those pics. Maybe if the black one was washed...
  23. It's still got the horrible name, horrible headlights and yawn-inducing interior. I still prefer a Century/Regal to this car. At least those cars have an excuse for their plain interiors, and they actually look better exterior wise. The LaCrosse should've come up with something more impressive right out of the gate.
  24. Honestly I probably would be thinking the same thing about the Caddy if I had never driven one of that era before(and I haven't).
  25. Original ArticleAs much as I hate being one of those people who jumps on anything anti-Toyota, this article did make me smile a bit. I didn't know they were winless in F1. Then again I don't follow the F1 races at all. Still, it shows money can't win ya everything :AH-HA_wink:
