RAV 4 prime has interesting tech, is hugely ugly. I kind of like the new Escape, nice and simple...even if ti does resemble a bar of soap left out in the rain a bit too long. This is fantastic news. -
Swap out the 4 runner For a Colorado ZR2 or as Gladiator and we are good to go...

It's already a major want for their first real car with most of the students I deal with on Campus, even the more politically conservative ones. ICE has already lost, it just doesn't know it yet. More of Hybrids becoming more mianstream...again...conventional ICE has already lost the battle. ICE in the thread though....this is badass....

If you actually watch the RAV 4 prime video, they really like it. Methinks people test driving Hybrid and electric vehicles will like them much better, accelerating their acceptance.

That truck is just killer...makes the hair stand up on my arm. I had a regular S-10 of this era and loved it. I would own one, for sure.

Yeah, I sold an Astro/Safari van with over 200K, next owner put another 200K on it. Bulletproof. Seriously. I put 200K also on an Astro Cargo van, and 175 on another passenger van. Never left stranded, ever. Pulled trailers, did all kinds of crazy stuff, overlaoded the work van with ladders on a ladder rack....they kept chugging along.

Two of the three Corvairs made it, one is still there rotting. Probably the most inhospitable place a car has ever been driven through. A few Jeeps and Land Rovers ahve made it through, but probably fewer than 25 four wheeled vehicles in the last hundred years from what I can tell.
