    Today my father would have been 80 had he lived...I miss him also. Ohhh absolutely. And while we are on the subject of liquid fuels... Everything from railroad locomotives to Jet aircraft to spacecraft to god knows what else...only has a limited ability to be switched over to electric. We will be using liquid fuels and ICE for a LONG time....for the rest of the life of everyone reading this for sure.

    Here is my take on it...I am fine with Porsche building suvs and sedans if it keeps the 911 alive. I am fine with cadillac building mainstream suvs if it keeps cars like the V series alive. I do think Cadillac needs to seperate its identity from lower GM products a bit more.

    Cadillac is getting by on the quality of its vehicles and their presentation just like this young woman is getting recognition based solely on her musical abilities. Of course...you could pick up a girl like that a hell of a lot quicker in a Cadillac than a Hyundai.

    39 Grand would buy a very nicely equipped Grand Cherokee and also something very nice from Ford. Or CPO from any European brand. GM has lost their effing mind.

    Jesus you just earned a damned nice steak dinner from me with this one...Hell I might even drive to Lancaster to buy it for you. I trust you have Steakhouses there in the Keystone State? We don't always agree but when we do....we do. I agree one hundred percent with you here. I would upvote this by ten thousand if I could. Not upvoting or downvoting this but it is irrational. In woodworking...some technology is thousands of years old and works fine. Some CNC Routers might be obsolete 6 months after they are introduced. Newer is not always better, old is not always bad. In five years....Bowling Green will be building Vettes, GMC will be building Trucks and....?
