  1. Too little, too late. I remember reading about a railroad tunnel that was being enlarged for taller trains, until the railroad realized that the potential for future traffic was jack $h! on that line. Same thing with the lightening. It will be all Chinese EV's in about ten years. And I love Tesla's big pay plan for Elon, the entire R and D budget will go to a malignant Nazi manchild rather than into R and D, ensuring the future is indeed, Chinese. Hell yes and good morning! I can see why you are a Bruins fan, the Northeast has some spectacular teams and folks up there are loyal AF. I try to avoid Domestic Airlines every chance I get, Delta are the only ones I really like any more. American has become a clusterf@#k. This is the future, not Tesla, or Ford. EV's have brutal acceleration, useful in traffic. We were hiking in Virginia, cold there liking along a river.
  2. Chinese winning it all at the moment.
  3. We are heading to Virginia to hike, Roanoke to be exact. I actually really like small dogs! Plus one for a Border Collie, kind of a high maintenance dog though.
  4. Interesting self made bike rack for inside of an SUV.
  5. Yep, FAFO again....
  6. Yep, Tariffs will hurt for a long time to come.
  7. And a huge happy birthday to Drew!
  8. I really like electing competent women to high office. Interesting locomotive type. https://locomotive.fandom.com/wiki/New_York_Central_Class_B-60 Excellent, as a fan of transit, excellent. I love this.
  9. Alero was a great car. Yeah, unsure of what I want next. I love animals, but just don't have time for dogs. Edmund Fitzgerald....
  10. This is good to know. I had kind of written off Honda. And with a hatch, I wouldn't need an SUV. The economy keeps on campaigning for Barrack Obama, 9 years after he left office and 17 1/2 years after he first took office. He is a jockey, about 4' 11, 95 pounds dripping wet. He can't even see over the dashboard in a Prelude. Yeah, the next car I buy might be one of my last. I would like to finish with a stylish 2 door coupe.
  11. I used to watch a lot of open wheel, I need to get back to it. Thank you for this post! My wife hates the sloping front A pillars like that, at 5 foot four they really block her vision I may need to check one out
  12. Agree on Stellantis. We can hope on Tariffs, and the economy is going to crater.
  13. Brutal Swiss art and Swiss protest against our dear leader...
  14. Interesting on the new Mayor of New York.
  15. I really like the Prius though. If it could easily haul two bikes without a rack, I would be in. It does have a generous hatch area, i can haul one inside easily.
  16. My younger son and I both have Giant bikes, they make fantastic bikes. Hell yes, Hockey Content will ALWAYS be welcome here. Always. Instead of negative about America, how 'bout positive about Canada.... If i were ever to buy another bike, this is probably the Giant I would buy. Which of my bikes I get rid of, that is an impossible question to answer. Your daily cool adventure video...

  18. She served as an excursion engine alongside 611 in the late 50's, but sadly was not preserved. Its wayyyyy to easy to accumulate wayyy to much stuff in this society. Sorry about the loss of your older brother. Model of a K class... Got to get busy, but I love, love, love this car.
  19. Another K class mountain.
  20. I love the M1, was thinking of this from the N and W. https://www.american-rails.com/nwk.html Norfolk and Western K class, right before the J class. I ride slowly and with caution, but sometimes bike on roads with cars. I prefer to ride around as few cars as possible. Need to visit both. I have been biking the Little Miami trail here in Ohio, Lincoln rode on it back in the day when it was a railroad. In Milford junction there is a bike shop with an old PRR schedule still in a ticket window from 1930. https://www.miamivalleytrails.org/trails/little-miami-scenic-trail My son is an absolute beast on a motorcycle, as his dad I am hugely relieved that most of his two wheel time any more is spent on a bicycle, not a motorcycle.
  21. none were saved but apparently the 4-8-2 Mountain locomotives they utilized right before this were just killer passenger locomotives also, albiet not as fast and not streamlined.
  22. I sat in her in Roanoke before she was restored to service. One could argue that their were prettier streamlined locomotives, but I would disagree. ...just in time for my next purchase.,...hmmm... Yeah....and in another life where I actually buy a motorcycle, I think owning a Honda 125 dirt bike or the like would serve me well. I try to take everyone's viewpoint into consideration. It will be a badass reef, my friends have dived on the Orinskay in Florida, awesome dive. At sixty, I am living my best life! Feelin grovy! Heck yes.
