  1. Audi's do shift really sweetly... Chris
  2. I'm a closet Audi fan also, I'm just dieing to buy a clean first gen TT (My son Joel turned me on to these and I also can't sleep jights thinking about them). Good luck and post pics... Chris
  3. For $5,700 they will let you smell the glovebox, methinks... Chris
  4. Seems as if the Columbus Blue Jackets actually beat the wings earlier in the year. Would be nice someday if we won the cup... But better Americans than Canadians winning it (with my apologies to VonVeezilsnider and Carbiz.) Chris
  5. ...an old post...but WOW! Chris
  6. Because even though you and I disagree on some issues we both love GM and want to see it survive, despite itself. Chris
  7. Yes, your new TC Scion is waiting for you at the local dealership. Hillary for President sticker, PETA sticker, and Sierra club membership added at no extra cost. Happy yet? Chris
  8. Agreed on color, and that Sebring looks horrible in that blue... Chris
  9. Exactly. We may be 5% of the car market, but I don't ever want to buy another automatic. Chris
  10. As men we forget that men are emotional sometimes too. I'd rather have someone rant, admit it is a rant, and get it over with. Chris
  11. But they are losing the leads they have built on all of these. LX is dead, replaced by less fuel efficient RWD cars. Honda now sells the best selling Minivan. First gen Neon was a decent car, but Chrysler is getting it's ass KICKED by Honda, Toyota, Mazda, VW, GM, Ford, and a few others in the small car department. Chrysler IMHO seems to get off to a good start but then never take advantadge of their lead and keep up with a good thing. Chris
  12. ....at the rate we are going, Sushi, Bratwurst, and Kimshi will be all that auto execs are eating.... Seriously, I think GM will make it.
  13. I think a few of us need to rant today.... Chris
  14. Mazda 3 is so much better than the Corolla it's like they are not even built on the same planet. Chris
  15. The Jetta has a great interior, it is very comfortable and a really nice product. Chris
  16. I'd rather see ChryCo go than Honda or Mazda... Chris
  17. The Civic is infinitely nicer than the Lancer... Chris
  18. You guys can laugh your asses off, but I live in Ohio and make my living as an electrician. We keep disconnecting the power to nice, useable industrail buildings so they can be torn down...and building fast food resteraunts. It's funny because we are finishing up a Burger King and a Taco bell and there must be 20-30 people a day who stop in wanting jobs. Things are going to go to absolute utter-utter-uttter $h! here in short order if something doesn't change. But then again, Civics are built...here in Ohio. Except for the SI, which is built in Canada. (enter sarcasm mode) ....and one wouldn't want to trust Canadians with building a burger, much less a car... (Exit sarcasm mode) Chris
  19. The Lancer is a godawful piece of crap from a company that should be out of buisiness.... Chris
  20. Exactly. Fuel economy seems to be selling well for obvious reasons, and 200 horse is plenty for 95% of cars on the planet... Chris
  21. Actually I think the girl and the F body are just fine.... Actually the 4th gen F-body has really grown on me as of late... Chris
  22. Depends on the dealer. Some local dealers have been sold out for months, but the Librarian at the Library I use drives one he just bought. He says that they had 12 on the lot, including a couple of 07's. Chris
  23. ...and here I always thought Canadians were smarter than Americans... Chris
  24. I don't think that GM should give up building larger vehicles, they just need to build fewer of them. The Chevy dealer in Logan, Ohio sells lots of Chevy trucks to people from Columbus. Why? Because they are in farm country and Farmers, contractors, people with large animals, etc, need trucks. We just need to get in the buisiness of building great small cars. Chris
