  2. Hehe, that's hot.
  3. SWEET Chevelle, man. I too am curious about the car there in the garage.

  5. What a great story that ended well.
  6. Hey, you know what... it was YOU GUYS who set 'em up, I just knocked 'em down. I answered your questions pretty demurely at first. The little thing with B&BL could have been a blip on the radar... but no, you all had to go all North Korea on me, settin' off your missiles. It was my duty to shoot 'em outta the sky.
  7. How big is it again? WHOA!

  9. You know I could have guessed it if there had been one more star in the title of the thread... :AH-HA_wink:
  10. They installed chubby cheeks onto the front bumper, like the Jeep Compass, that other paragon of SUV style.
  11. Very sexy police vehicles. At least Chrysler "gets it" when it comes to American cars.
  12. You might get it back in return mail with this stamped on it.
  13. Thanks for the well wishes, dudes. Hey B&BL, come down here to Lancaster and help me plant a tree sometime. Sorry bud, but the joke was begging to come out. :AH-HA_wink:

  16. Cadillacfan, I had an '00 GTI, and I didn't notice any "cramped" feeling in the Rabbit atall. The car does have a higher beltline, as do so many other new cars these days. Do you think this might be his problem?

  18. It has dark tinted glass for doing silly things with your lady in the back seat.
  19. Imagine being behind the wheel of this swift behemoth, barrelling through the warm, thick Mexican night with your windshield splattered with bugs, roaring.
  20. There's only one in town, the new one, that I know of. I'll prolly just pack my lunch like every other day, sit in the park and eat it, then take a couple of laps walking around the lake.

  22. Croc, dearheart, believe me, the feeling is more than mutual.
  23. So far, it has worked out well, this being my second day there. The atmosphere is totally different, much less frenetic. I went from a minimum 45 hour week (usually it was 48-52) to a 40 hour week. Plus, no rotating Saturdays. And they matched my salary. I feel like skipping across the parking lot at 5 o'clock to hop in the truck... so far. Thanks fer askin'.

  25. This car has presence on the street. The refresh was measured perfectly. I really like the sharpened lines. Yesterday I rode parallel to one in the city for a few blocks... black with chrome wheels. She's still a stunner. Driving one of these with Sport Package would most assuredly not be a chore.
