  1. I'm amused by the Spark. And I think it's worlds better than an iQ or Smrt. I hope it does well. My beef with it is... I wish it came in 3-door as well as 5, as the Beat Concept that won the Chevrolet minicar design contest. Other than that, after seeing them up close and sitting in one at a local dealer, I think they're cute, in a baby T-Rex sort of way. Salesguy says they'll be hard to get, with a wait of 4 months for a specific build on one.
  2. It is amazing how huge the Sonic has grown since this Little Champion (that was a Spark plug) has appeared on the scene.
  3. It's like a baby T-Rex, ain't it cute tho?
  4. First off, oy, but I guess he's having fun. The first thing that came to mind when I saw the wheels is "Volkswagen", not sure if that's right. WHOA, what is that wheeled contrivance in one of the photos with the Rambo? That is crazy.
  5. What is that red, silver and chrome thing? Do modern cars have those? All I ever see is black plastic when I raise the hood.
  6. But um yeah, the whills on the Buick look TI NEE in that picature. In fact, that's one of the most unflattering photos I've seen of the Verano. Back to the Datsun: I don't like the front fender hump they've got going these days. And the rear end reminds me of a Corolla with a little extra forced flair. Also, with all that swoosh going on down the sides, it makes the whills look tiny and too far inboard, esp at the rear. It is horrible that the "sport" model has no manual transmission option... in a car from the same people that made the 240Z and 60s 510, not to mention the original Sentra SE-R.
  7. MSRP $33,010. "SALE" price on dealer website: $31,510. With a 2/4 drop and a Flow... OMG
  8. Oh Lord, give me stremf..................................this one is at the Chevy dealer in Newark, DE *bites nails*
  9. Sleep Aid:
  10. I think the Sparks are a hoot. They make me grin, especially the little 2LT with the nice rims, uplevel bumpers, and roof rails.
  11. Here's a Spark video showing running footage. The 2013 Chevrolet Spark is a new minicar hitting dealer lots now. Check one out today!
  12. Some nice wheel choices for you to peruse.
  13. You've worked hard and attained your dream car. We're all pleased for you, sir. Hopefully you can take some time today and get out there on the road for a while. Have a good one!
  14. Well, in 1982, I had plans to put Keystone Klassics on my '81 GP. I bought one, thinking I was going to complete the set eventually, but then the '83 S-10 happened and I put that wheel on consignment at a nearby speed shop, never to be seen again... Custom wheel styles come and go, but a few remain year after year because they're "just right". The Torq Thrust is among them and would look great on the car. Of course, the dog dishes also have a minimalist appeal, with body-color wheels. The '64 at the top of the thread appears to have an uplevel exterior trim package, with rocker moldings, bed rail reveal moldings, etc. I like z's point about possibly keeping the interior color and choosing an exterior that would coordinate, like brown or blue of some sort, which would also allow the trim moldings to stand out.
  15. Whoa NICE... clean as a whistle! And I still swear there's a lever on the column on that first one.
  16. Really I don't know how you'd ever use all 21 gears.
  17. Well after seein' that I'm gonna need ta walk all splay-legged cuz muh balls got all big like coconuts. HOOOOOO Doggie!
  18. Chevverlay Cruze Missile Eco and Sonic 1.4t. But not the Schpark.
  19. Yup, trade 'em for a set of Keystone Klassics!
  20. Ugh, these new Datsuns are gettin' uglier by the minit. And booooooring...
  21. Don't mind our Roger, Michelle. He gains a British accent around pretty girls. "OLIDAY" indeed! Happy Labor Day Wknd from ocn, too!
