  3. =] Cadillac CTS Coupe from the rear at night...
  4. It would be nice if Camino could have his vehicle before he's like 75 though.
  5. Not that you could answer this one, Drew, but I wonder if dealers are discounting these yet. Local dealer finally got another one with chrome on the front recently, a yellow hatch, among its array of lower trim models. I could see Cory in a blue SES hatch manual to replace his Golf, if the Ford weren't so expensive. I was over at Ford's UK configurator the other day, building various Fiesta 3-doors and wondering to myself, again, who the birdbrain is at Ford who banished the sportier body to the EU, when I guarantee they'd sell a good many over here.
  6. GM wasn't going to build a unique platform for the production G6. It had to share hard points with the rest of the Epsilons of the time, just like every Pontiac in its class since the '61 Tempest. It was on the longer wheelbase of the Maxx, and it shared no visible body or interior parts with the Malibu. It was sold as a coupe and a hardtop convertible, bodystyles not seen anywhere else at GM on the Epsilon platform. The mistake was to put out such an exaggerated version of the future production car as a concept, when GM knew full well it couldn't deliver on that promise.
  7. Lovely weather for a sleigh ride together!
  8. Shame it isn't a 3-door. How's the transmission/clutch action? Is it eager to drive, or does it feel as if it's being thrashed?

  12. Most likely yes, simply because of the higher asking price. Any enhancements that were put into it will be spread out in cost per unit because of its global status.
  13. No, no it does not have to keep up with a Superleggera. But it would be nice if it kept up with a Cobalt. As far as mechanical attributes go, nice chassis and brakes, no motor. I wonder what the 2.2L would have done MPG-wise with DI and the six speed transmissions added.

Looks good in white, should have been an RS.

  16. You sound like you've got a good head on your shoulders, Mr Eyez. All that wrenchin' keeps you out of trouble, eh? I like that little Dart, how many model years did that basic bodystyle run... I am guessing circa '71-'75? Prolly wrong tho.

  18. I'm here to talk about cars and make an occasional gay innuendo. Why are YOU here? Good Lord man. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to get laid IMMEDIATELY.

  20. Late model Maxx LT in spotless white with body-color hatchlid crossbar, darkened taillights and bowties, clear headlights, tinted windows and stock-size aftermarket alloys. Late model Monte Carlo LT in spotless Victory Red with dark windows, silver pinstripes over the fender swooshes and stock-size aftermarket alloys. Nice, mild surprises, both.
  21. Love reading accounts of ppl's dreams. This one's like Salvadore Dali. Balthy, lay off the shrimp before napping.
  22. Deserves it. Fine truck it is.
