"Saving Ryan's Privates" has to be an all-time classic title.

    So...

Of all the vehicles I've owned, my VWs felt the most stable at very high speeds. Once again, it's that Autobahn pedigree.

  9. Stupid, crappy soda machine at work is at it again. It took my dollar and didn't give me a soda! I kicked it and slammed into it shoulder first. It just sat there, the words "COLD DRINKS" mocking me as I nearly died of thirst.

    So...

VWs are longlegged... they have to be, so they don't get squished on the Autobahn. And they're made to run at high speeds all day.

    Crappy weather

Well it's snowing like a big dog out here this a.m. My yard is white, but the street is just wet. Forecast is for 1"-3" of accumulation.

    My 2 cents

    I did, too.
  18. The photos of the Fusion Sport interior in black with blue trim seem to have been purposely more flatteringly lit than these Milan interior pics... even though they share the same dash. I can't believe how washed-out this Mercury interior photo looks.
  19. I wouldn't mind a BJ6.5.
  20. OK, that's two members with no virgin sisters... anyone else?

  22. How about a new Marauder based on this Milan, with the big motor, AWD and sporty trim? Honestly, I like this. The return of the straked taillights in a Mercury pleases me, and the front end is a dramatic, modern turn on the familiar Mercury look. The 2.5L/6 speed manual combo sounds entertaining. With this base powertrain, it keeps in touch with its youthful side.

  24. Very sharp car... but where's the clutch pedal? And the center stack doesn't fit with the rest of the dash, it looks like it was slammed in there out of an Infiniti. It clashes with the necessary-for-Z-car triple center gauges.
  25. The J-Lo ass is prolly there to meet US crash standards. In comparison to the other box on wheels, xB, this is better.
