    Bought a kayak

I have been driving all weekend without the radio. It's peaceful.
  3. Sounds successful. Looks weird.
  4. I am jealous of this as a Saturn because of implications for Pontiac. It is very good looking in these CGIs.

    F**k!

    Hot, monkey sex?
  6. Not really, usonia. I got the highest trim level I could get in a regular cab shortbed configuration, SLE1, which came with all the power options and the mid-grade upholstery, which is nice. It came with foglamps, which I wanted, and aluminum rims, keyless entry, remote start, etc. The only thing I miss is maybe a sliding rear window. GM's trucks come with rear window defoggers, which are kind of moot on a regular cab especially, since the regular HVAC system quickly clears all the windows. I knew it would come with black mirrors and door handles, so I ordered the GM-accessory chrome mirror caps and handles, which I feel really set it off. I think this truck is optioned perfectly for me, I really like it so far.
  7. Mom's Cobalt is doing fine, although she doesn't care for it. She says it is harder to get in and out of than her clown car Echo. I was driving 70-75 down the interstate and it drives nice. There were some Powerstrokes there... I could have asked how many weeks of downtime they've experienced. :AH-HA_wink:
  8. ...and I couldn't talk smack. Went to Maryland today to my cousin's son's graduation party. They live on a farm, and had one of their pastures opened up for parking. The lot was brimming with Ford trucks, and I didn't have my Sierra to do a smackdown... I had to drive my mom's Cobalt! I was so mad! :AH-HA_wink:
  9. A car as new as your Riv has electronics that are much more integrated into the whole vehicle than your Delta. How would you get power to the instrument cluster, for example. I think your Riv has a BCM that controls a lot of functions in that dash, and it is linked to the ECM.

  12. Seems like you're on the right track with what's been said already, Camino. Practicing first on other projects is a good idea. Good luck with it.

  17. I would say it's all three, and it's awesome. I love the Challenger so far, as well. I just wish it weren't so expensive.

    YAY!

Well darn it, Vipes, I feel for ya, but Japanese cars have traditionally been very expensive to fix. Another reason to drive a domestic. Hope it works out for you. Good going, Dodgefan, sir.
  19. Very hot looking. I hope it comes in a long list of colors instead of the usual red, silver, white, black. Can't wait to read more.

    TB!TB!TB!

    I'd say go for it.
  21. Yes sir, just look at that Dodge Challenger. Those RWD proportions are so damned hot!
