  1. I've imagined that scenario many times.
  2. Just imagine the used car lots...
  3. Not to mention Hemicudas, and fat block Mustangs...
  4. For classic cars, that is. What year would you most like to travel back to with a suitcase full of money to go car shopping?
  5. The Oragutan Gang Strikes Back - Shadowfax
  6. Actually, these cars were very popular with the estrogen crowd. Just ask NOS! And, you can carry a ton of stuff in one.
  7. The GTO is a much more liveable DD, but I wouldn't hesitate to use an F-bod the same way. F-bods are also a great buy these days if you find a good example. BTW: My Firehawk was faster than my Goat. I loved the drive of both cars, but they were sooo different.
  8. Sorry about that, but these cars are a raging bargain right now.
  9. The whole concept of nudes of Ruth Ann Minner is disturbing at best. That you found someone to buy them is truly obscene.
  10. I owned and loved both, but the Goat is far and away the superior piece.
  11. Looking good in that vert there,Z. Great job on these pics.
  12. You are far too charitable toward the Aztek, it was a nasty design that was built by stubborn folks even after the concept version was roundly criticized. It remains as the ugliest Pontiac ever produced and is a contender for the ugliest car ever produced. Some automotive efforts deserve unflinching criticism. Any universal acceptance of all automotive adventures as worthy of appreciation smacks of politically correct silliness devoid of meaning. Sometimes the designs and/or execution are simply bad.
  13. Good deal, look forward to it. I did go get that stromboli BTW. I was planning to save half for lunch tomorrow, but I was so hungry that I snarfed the entire thing down like I did when I was a teenager. Now I can barely keep my eyes open. But I'm very content.
  14. The 2004-06 GTO is much loved.
  15. For the most part, I don't allow food and drink (or smoking) in the cars I buy with manuals. :AH-HA_wink:
  16. I like the first gens just fine, but I have always loved the split bumper cars best among Camaros.
  17. As usual, well said Balthazar. I guess the point is that the loyalties around here vary quite a bit. Some are loyal to several divergent brands, while others have a more narrow, defined focus. Still others have no loyalty at all to a particular brand. For me, it is about configuration and design. If a car meets my standards in those areas, brand is less important.
  18. I'll take your word for it. Cars of this size and configuration hold no interest for me personally.
  19. All this talk of food has made me hungry. I think I'll call BP and order a stromboli. :AH-HA_wink:
  20. Let me know, we could have a beer and a Cheesesteak.
  21. Long live Uncle Bob! :AH-HA_wink:
  22. All of this talk is making me realize that I'd really like to have another 70-73 RS/SS Camaro some day.
  23. I've eaten at the one in Frazer, but I can't really rate it fairly as I don't care for Thai food.
  24. That's the price you pay when displaying any car publically, some will inevitably hate it. As I posted earlier, if you poke around this site you will find a wide array of loyalties. Certainly, GM is foremost among them but you will find that most here have an appreciation for cars of other origins.
