  2. Cort you're right ! My buddy has it in his 70 SS . Pretty neat too!
  3. Another car from the early seventies used Fibre optics as well. Can you guess it (not a Vette) .
  4. Really nice . When they want to do something right they can. I cant wait to see it at the Javits Center
  5. I saw a 67 Buick Special nice shape too .
  6. There were two nice Cutlass' in that movie a 74 and the 87 442 that Marky mark drove. The Elcamino was clean too until it got rolled .
  7. Call them what you want. It sure sells a lot of cars. GM should start calling its V8's in chevys Turbo-Fire again. I would with out a doubt take a Charger over a Impala SS anyday.
  8. I actually got to sit in that two door Tahoe concept at GM at Carlisle it was really nice. A guy there (GM Big shot) told us it was going to be built this was back in 2001 the first year they had the GM show,I guess he was wrong .
  9. You have to keep your eyes and ears open at places like that for good clean used car scores. We have at least two of the cars in those pictures.
  10. The 77-79 were great cars. I used to drive my Uncles 79 that he bought new and never used so in the late 80's it still looked brand new. I felt like some big shot . As far as I am concerned they were the last great big Caddy's from a styling and reliabilty stand point. The 91-96 brougham and the 79-85 Eldo's were nice too but those Devilles are way better looking and driving.
  11. I have a old Matchbox of that car . Its a english Ford, a Cortina I believe. I always liked that little car too. Now I gotta go find it. Its here someplace.
  12. I saw that last week -started crying, I wanted them all ! WHY ! cant I find stuff like that and have the dought to buy at the same time .
  13. They got White Castle in Canada !? We have been wishing to get one here for years Upstate NY. We have to drive an hour to the Bronx to get them .
  14. Saw a new Buick Lucerne this Morning, Silver guy must have just picked it up.
  15. Where I live there are alot of Livery cars (private cabs) that are Crown Vics also Town Cars are pretty popular around here as well as Grand Marq. so you cant spot a cop that easy, but you're right .
  16. I just got both with top up and down its a real nice casting look for it . I would post pics but I dont know how .
  17. Remember when they used Dodge Diplomats and at night you could see them coming to slow down. You knew it was a cop too because no one bought Diplomats for personal cars . It was much easier then now you are gonna say is that an Accord or a cop Impala. The Charger might give it up easier but this won't .
  18. Ever hear 409 by the beach boys thats the car they are talking about if equipped. It could also have a 283 though or a 327. But thats the car . I just saw the engine pics that is a 409 or a 348 also called a W motor because of the shape of the heads . Cool car I would love to own it .
  19. Took them this long to figure this out ? They should probably fire their whole marketing dept. as well as who makes the decisions on their design teams . Ever hear the saying "I can see said the blind man" .
  20. I just got a snake and mongoose race set at sears. real neat box art nice set.
  21. Look for a nice clean Buick Roadmaster 94-96. You still get the big car but with an LT1 plenty of power and good mileage. You can find one for less than 5g;s easily.
  22. I got tons of old stuff around. I have so many toy cars form when I was a kid and many are still very mint. I find stuff when I look around that I forgot I even had . Those two plastic model might have some value to them take care of them.
  23. See 69 Impala roadtest post, there ya go.
  24. That Corvair Picture is really cool. I like that white one 66 ? on the left .
