  2. The damn thing is so freaking HOT! I want one, and I hate SUVs/CSVs/ATVs/FBIs/CIAs, etc.
  3. Will need a better picture to make final judgment, but I'm not digging the taillamps.
  4. Agreed. Honestly, why does every Chevy model have to have an SS trim? And if it does, shouldn't it really be outstanding?
  5. So sorry to hear! Glad to hear you're okay though. I can't enlarge the images -- I just get gibberish.
  6. Interesting... had no idea the Sky required premium.
  7. Happy Birthday!!
  8. Don't be in such a rush to find a new guy BV... it happens when you least expect it. However, don't wait as long as I have... then you're just going to be an old maid LOL What's the guy version of an old maid? A swinging bachelor? lol :AH-HA_wink:

  11. God, you'd think a refresh would be in order to get rid of that God-awful chrome bar across the nose.
  12. "Shiftless.
  13. Youngest of two. Brother is 4.5 years older than me.
  14. I love hearing that. I see so many Lucerne's on the road now... still not so many LaCrosses. The car is just beautiful. I can't wait to see more about the Enclave when the Embargo is lifted--think it's going to be another hit for Buick.
  15. With Hal's in the Prius, upon ANY accelleration, the RPMs revved quite high... there's no tachometer, but it sounds like the engine is up in upper 4-5000. When I first drove it, I got this extremely unsettling feeling the engine was going to blow, because it would just redline (so to speak), but never really go away. The revving whirs up and down slightly, but stays high. When you're on the highway, it lowers, but it's the 1.5L, so it pretty much stays up probably around 2500 to keep the car going 60. Not to mention, charging the battery. It was hard to keep the engine revving low--you just got NO power doing that. And I never want to hear Toyota boasting you can drive the car on solely battery, because you have to feather the damn pedal so lightly, and not go above like 17mph.
  16. F'in gorgeous. Get it here now.
  17. My question is--in the commercial they show the woman upshifting on the autostick... but it has a CVT. How does that work? Does it behave like a regular automatic when you use the autostick?
  18. I was wondering what was going on. So frequently the site wouldn't be up, I thought maybe we were having hacker issues again!
  19. I agree with you--it's disgusting.Am I wrong................................. Anyway, getting back to this thread, I'm hanging up on this thread cause I want this topic to be put to rest. I hope we can get back to some good car stuff, and hope gay, bisexual, straight, transgendered, neutered, martian, whatever, we can all really enjoy the upcoming auto shows!
  20. Wish they'd show the LaCrosse Super already--it's not like it's going to be groundbreaking, nor be around long--I mean, one year of production before the new model comes out.
  21. Coke
  22. Ugh, the LaCrosse Super headlights are staying the same.
  23. Yup yup.
  24. Wait wait wait... so now you're turning this into a gay thread about animals that you want to sleep with? I hate to say this, cause I hate the phrase, but "Can't we all just get a long?" Wow, I almost hate myself for writing that. LOL
  25. Okay, but saying things like that is probably going to get you warned as well.I have to admit, I was extremely offended last night... still am. I hate the fact that gay people have pride parades and are in your face about it, but in a way, I understand why. But I think I can understand only because of all the hiding I had to do myself. I don't choose to participate in the parades, nor do I throw my sexuality in anyone's face, but that's just because I don't feel that's necessary for me. But when I hear that people get sick to their stomachs about something I have absolutely no control over, it really upsets me. And the way it was presented I felt was rude and uncalled for. O.C., wouldn't want to see you go. You could do what I do, which is often choose to take a back seat and watch some ignorant people post, and not get involved, nor excited over it. Last night I had difficulty staying silent, but for the most part I did. Hope you change your mind and don't leave.
