  1. I would really like to see direct injection used to make an engine more fuel efficient rather than more powerful. I know 300 hp is part of the bragging rights of the CTS, however the 255 was still quite good. I would like an option for the HFs get direct injection, maintain it's 255hp, but get 33mpg.

I got through the entire Xmas season without seeing that movie.
  3. All sorts of cars you wouldn't expect in Europe. I saw an old Mustang LX convertible. I saw Suburbans. I saw a Chevy Alero. Lots of Dodge Caravans of all vintages. Cavaliers, a 1977 Eldorado.... they're all there.
  4. ... officially called the "Conquest Rebate"
  5. Yes, that would be in the 1964 wing.
  6. There are "others" Apparently we have a visitor from the Firefox development team.

I think some variation of this would be my biggest deterrent....
  8. used.... definitely buy used.
  9. The only green Toyota sees is in rectangular paper form.
  10. Browsing on PSP or BeOS? IE 2.0?! Netscape 3.0?! Firefox 0.9 and 1.5??? There is also someone who apparently is fairly regular, 2% of all hits, surfing on Windows 3.1. More common than all the linux hits combined.
  11. The A380 needs all the propoganda it can get to compete with Boeing. The 747 has something going for it that the A380 doesn't. It doesn't need special airports.
  12. Good idea. Keep in mind though that NASA has had some difficulty converting between centimeters and inches in the past..... you don't want there to be some unfortunate confusion.
  13. Excel 2003 has a row limit of 65,535. Perhaps you should suggest she upgrade to Excel 2007 with it's 1,048,576 rows.
  14. This custom cruiser Solstice would make a better Oldsmobile.... it certainly has a nice silhouette. Solstice - Aurora... both celestial events... yet Auroras are all air, Oh but for Oldsmobile it would be intriguing to drive around in a car with such bravad....o in beautiful European towns like Calais. Certainly no one would accuse you of being in the 88 to 98 age range.
  15. do you live in a front plate state?
  16. There are 7 'mos in this thread alone. Your's truely included. We did a survey a while back and I think over 25% of this board is some "alternative" sexuality.
  17. Volt.... FTW.
  18. Lexus is the fastest growing luxury car company in Europe right now because a few years ago they had zilch. Even Cadillac has been there longer than Lexus. When you start with 0 vehicles and then sell 1,000 the percentages look great. And I don't understand... do you want Cadillac to be more like Lexus or more like BMW.... because they're fairly mutually exclusive...... Myself, I want Cadillac to be Cadillac.
  19. The NG Enclave, Acadia and Escalade are just what he's driving now.

Sweeney Todd... FTW Johnny Depp is awesome. Lots of blood, but the funny really fake kind. Looks like Testers Red Gloss. For those of you who don't know the story.... don't eat beforehand.
  21. And the DTS had night vision and Bose stereo. Touting the Mark Levinson as some great thing makes you sound like Ricardo Montelban touting "rich, Corinthian leather"
  22. uh, how many hybrid or diesels are offered by BMW, Mercedes, Audi, or Lexus in the US? Mercedes has two very slow selling diesels and Lexus has two hybrids... one of which is nearly universally panned. everyone else has nada. stop being down on Cadillac
  23. Well, this has gotten me motivated again. Gonna double up efforts to get the truck sold.
