  1. Agreed. I fully expect the next CTS will get a bump in pricing which would allow the BTS in below it.
  2. Did you not read the specs that I posted? The 5-series is within less then 1/2 an inch difference from the CTS-v.
  3. Why? The CTS matches the 5-series in nearly every dimension and until the new M5 came out they matched in performance. Once the CTS-v gets a new LS7, the power output would also be nearly identical.... so... what logical reason is the CTS-v <4-door midsize> a M3 <2-door compact> competior and not a M5 <4-door midsize> competior?
  4. "I've fallen and I can't get up!!!"
  5. Me either.... they're like.... sooooo different.... I can't imagine why Cadillac would consider the M5 competition with the CTS-V much less would want to put a 500 hp LS engine in there either with all that torque way down low.... man, those pushrods would totally suck. M5 CTS-V HP: 500 400 Trque: 383 @ 6100 RPM 395 @ 4400 RPM Weight: 4012 3850 Length: 191.10 191.50 W-Base: 113.70 113.40 Width: 72.70 70.60
  6. What do you guys think of the Avalanche? It looks like the most well rounded for my needs.
  7. Oh no! A $30,000 Buick looks similar to and classy as a $50,000 Infinity or a $65,000 - $110,000 VW. Where did Buick go wrong?!?!
  8. Sounds like a great move. GM should do the same with Buick Pontiac GMC and Cadillac Hummer Saab
  9. The Civic GX really shouldn't get to be on the list since it's not a mainstream vehicle being powered by propane and all.
  10. Shouldn't you be in school?
  11. I'll take dick cheney on in a fair fight.
  12. Thanks for all your help guys. I'll let ya know what I end up with.
  13. I kinda of need the bed size of a full size truck for volume, not really weight. I was only interested in the diesel so I could run biodiesel instead of gasoline... enviromental and not supporting the Saudi government and all that.... If I could get a diesel in my CTS I would. It has nothing to do with hauling ability.
  14. That's never been a requirement before!
  15. No towing. Not going for new. Have to be able to put a refrigerator in it. Kinda do want 4wd
  16. It's all stored digitally my friend. It's a real space saver. Besides... one of my buildings has a gymnasium in it. It's a former highschool. Beat that for porn storage potential.
  17. Good luck with that. Let us know how it turns out.
  18. Thanks about the diesel advice. Most of my trips would be short. All of my apartment buildings are within 5 miles of my house. This would be stricktly a utility vehicle.... no lightning for me Satty.
  19. Saab has two models. The 9-2x is dead, the 9-7x is dead man walking. How is two 4 doors and a convertible a full line?
  20. I thought you were menopausal..
  21. it's called "Baby's Breath"
  22. This will make a GREAT Law and Order episode!
  23. Which of the Silverado/Sierras have the Duramax. Pretend I know NOTHING about the truck lines.
  24. Well... not really... but help me buy one. I'm finding the increasing need for a truck/SUV. I have never been a fan of them so I don't know much about them. I'm looking for a good used deal. Here are the criteria: 1. Has to be Big 2.5. 2. Has to be full sized. I need to put big things like doors and appliances in it. 3. Would *like* a diesel, but not a deal breaker. 4. Would *like* 4wd, most likely a deal breaker. Edit: I'm keeping the CTS. This would just be a work truck for tending to my apartment buildings.
