  1. Congrats. I'm wicked jealous.
  2. Epic-Fail-a-graphic
  3. I've logged hundreds of miles on several pairs of skates, mostly while playing hockey. My dusty, underutilized pair is currently siting in the trunk of Julie's BMW... they are about 9 or10 years old.
  4. I'm still laughing at this one. - - -
  5. Wait, I'm confused... I thought WE won he cold war, not the Soviets....?
  6. I love German cars to death. Mercedes Benz was at their peek in every way, BMW was a fantastic car, Porsche was still PORSCHE & even Opel made some cool stuff.... but a 1980s AUDI....? No Thanx! I've always thought AUDI's dark ages to be the late 1970s to mid-1990s. This car shares NOTHING in any way, mechanically or other wise with my two beloved 1980s Kraut Karts.
  7. Ford heater cores suck! They fail often & are less accessible than most.
  8. Cool sh1t! I'm with OB but also think it works as is in a sort of Mopar way. Their trademark in the late 1960s was a "cantilevered" C-pillar.
  9. Trick question: Saturn was never really alive until the Sky.
  10. Siegen: Now that is an Integra I'd love to own! I bet he spent enough on that conversion to buy a new Lotus Elise!
  11. Here's a great large coupe that's not only RWD but also a hardtop! only question is do you want a V12 or will the V8 suffice?
  12. Here is the simple physics & cold hard truth: A V8 of approximately 4.6 liters (all else being equal) only has to work 1/2 as much as a equivalent motor of 1/2 that size: i.e. 2.3 liter 4-cylinder. I know that's a gross oversimplification but there's more truth to it than the "global warming" conspiracy.
  13. Your Weiner what goes on it? Depends on how skanky the girl's hole is. Sometimes nothing, sometimes a Latex Condom. oh.... riiiiight. *awkward silence* -Spicy Mustard & Ketchup a must -Bar-B-Q sauce to substitute ketchup on occasion -Onions when fresh ones available I can testify to that.... every road-trip I've bee on w. you it seems you eat two gas station hot dogs per every 15 miles traveled.
  14. That's kind of disturbing & not really funny. And here I expected a Monty Python thread.
  15. Same block as the 60* dohc 2.5 V6 but it was destroked to 1.8 liters. The USA got this motor in the Mazda MX-3 GS. My ex had one with the 5-speed that I have mentioned on this forum many times before.
  16. Someday I want a baby V8 of some sort... like a 1961 Buick Skylark w. 215 "bop" power. Or a mid 1990s BMW 530i =)
  17. FoG: Don't forget the fact that scumbag hypocrites like Al Gore are profiting from this smoke & mirrors b.s. called "enviroMENTALISM". No wonder it's called the "green movement".... as in "greenbacks"
  18. Agreed.... it's 2010, let's get real & stop the "war on drugs" bull-crap rhetoric. This IS appalling, there are WAY bigger fish to fry!
  19. Mr. Viagra: Too bad the LX cars proved you wrong 5 years ago. Not everyone can accommodate their needs w. a 2dr Camaro. Which is why the (4 door!) 3.5 V6 & HEMI V8 Dodge Charger is a great fit for many Family men (& women). Trying to shove FWD, W-body sedans down everyone's throat is NOT appealing to the masses. Long live RWD.
  20. Best photo I know of the T80's chassis with the giant DB601 inverted V12: http://www.flickr.co...sta/3042202792/ Look at that Supercharger, it's bigger than a complete Honda Accord drive train!
  21. I love it! Def. a high watermark for GM. Balth: As awesome as this Safari is, You wouldn't trade it for a 1929 Mercedes SSK or even a '55 Gullwing 300SL?
  22. Oldsmoboi: http://aviationshoppe.com/images/Daimler-Benz_DB-601.png http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/iipcache/127578.jpg http://image.absoluteastronomy.com/images/encyclopediaimages/d/da/daimler-benz-db_601a.jpg http://www.crank-scrapers.com/db601na.jpg
  23. Yummy.... I'd ride that girl all night, the car is pretty interesting too.
  24. I get 4-5hr. a night these days =(
