Which one is getting a RWD conversion first?

Pontiac GTOs...
It's been pretty steady here... they're quite common, as compared to Bentley Continental GTs.

LOL, true that. That's what happens when you daily drive on bias-plys. I'm just a hair under 59,000 miles in the B-59. I got it in April with just over 53,900 and keep in mind I've also owned like six other cars this year: the twin Datsun, 97 Infiniti, 77 Banana Boat, BiCentenial LeSabre, RoadMonster Estate, F.B. & I daily drove the '71 Murder Car for most of July & August. Saddly my current financial situation has not allowed for those much needed Radial tires I've been planning on.- 1963 Pininfarina-penned 'Vette to be sold
I'd take any old beat up '63 split-window coupe over this!- Toyota's Environmental Image Challenged
While researching how to make Julie's Mercedes a vegetarian I happened upon a blog where some hippie girl was saying she sold her Prius to buy a MB diesel so she could convert it to run on on WVO and therefore WALK the WALK, ulike her Toyota which she had realised after her purchase was all green TALK and no action...- 08 Chargers
They're different cars, nothing says one or the other has to suck, different strokes for different folks. I agree with Fog & DF, the Charger looks like it's going to a knife-fight, the Pontiac is more of a white-collar muscle car. Reg: I despise that kind of redneck analogy, I think guys who keep their balls in their wife's purse and therefore drive a Camry or Taurus are the people who perpetuate it...- Well I set up my office on Friday
I was expecting a bobble-head Lutz.- Win a 2009 Chevy Camaro!
Yeah, esp. considering where the St. Therese plant was located...- Wanna Motorcycle
Funny Stuff. Most of today's motorcycles have more oomph than a Metro. Still for super fuel ecoomy you can;t beat those little turd-buggers.- Republican Grow Skeptical on Free Trade
No $hit Sherlock! Congrats Capt. Obvious. Free trade is one of the biggest problems with the USA today.- Torana Tip-Off
Awwww-some! GM should set an example by not producing any FWD cars period for Pontiac, Buick, & esp. Cadillac. For Chevrolet FWD should be limited to the Cobalt & subcompact cars.- And you thought Qashqai was a bad name
Those made my pregnant wife want to puke, more than usual. Talk about BLATANT rebadging.- -----> Julie's new Mercedes Benz
That plate is "on loan" to XP, I got it at the junkyard off an old-man-special Mercury Grand Marq. with a bunch of gawdy acccessories. It readds: I heart: vacations wekends & paydays I've got a good pic. of it somewhere... or search for BIG RED since I installed it on that car and almost every photo I have ever posted here has that plate on the front.- New gas mileage ratings helps Cobalt
DF: You deliver Pizza for a living... enough said. That's about as stop-n-go & idle all day as it gets.- Some facts requested by the many knowledgeable members
Still true today... they are not allowed to be worked on by any bodyshop other than a Toyota delership. Woah, is this true? The battery packs cost like $6,000- The end of the "black-tie era" is near
BV: Converting a sedan to a hardtop is a little more tricky than upgrading a stereo.....well it used to be anyway.,- The end of the "black-tie era" is near
BV: Converting a sedan to a hardtop is a little more tricky than upgrading a stereo.....well it used to be anyway.,- Eight tracks!
If I had some I would have used them when I still owned the Banana Boat, now that it's your car the priority of finding a few was put on the back burner.- 08 Chargers
If I was not a hard-core GM guy I;d say it's a dead draw between the G8 & Charger. I hate the name "G8 GT", which is why I call it a "Catalina" or "Grand Prix SJ" to be funny... except for the alphanumeric name & somewhat more "status quo" styling I love the G8 about as much as I can love a pillared sedan. BTW: I was one of the ones who hated the Charger's styling at first but it has won me over and now, when I see a black SRT-8 I just stare & drool.- The end of the "black-tie era" is near
Some people on this forum get their panties all in a bunch over stupid things like the texture of the dashboard grain, gaps in the airbag & center console and even radios & a few HVAC buttons. I personally would buy a car with or without a radio if it was the right product...- The United States of Toyota
I'm sick of hearing the phrase: "It's a toyota, so you know the engine will run forever..." Even if that were true, which it is NOT, the typicl Toyoya around here in New England rusts out quicker than ANY other brand, save for perhaps Honda. And besides, there's more to moving down the road than just your motor, the crappy trans, flimsy ball joints and sludged up oil pump may cause a few problems.- First shots of the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
As far as resale value of luxury sedans: 1997 Cadillac STS, new: $50,000, I bouht mine when it was 5 years old & had 100,800 miles on the odometer, $7900 1997 Infiniti Q45, new: $48,900, I bought my ex-g/fs in 2006 with 104,000 miles for $7495- First shots of the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V
How many LeMans wins and embarassed DOHC owners will it take before people stop making unfounded anti-pushrod comments. To me nothing makes you seem like more of a brainless moron than talking smack bout an 8-speed & V10s... V10s are lame, 10 is NOT a round number when it comes to motors, it really isn't any better than a V8 but lacks the refinement of a V12. I think V10s are kind of lame personally. If you're going to brag about cylinder count you better have at least 16.- -----> Julie's new Mercedes Benz
U should convert that Shaddow to a veggie oil burner! >>> Woop-woop!!! - -----> Julie's new Mercedes Benz
