  1. I have not forgoten about that.... it just got put on the back burner. It was #034 on my list of priorities just ahead of clipping the cat's nails but behind buying that 1984 Lincoln LSC, BMW turbo-diesel-inline-six powered winter beater.
  2. THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR T.W.T.T. #59. Despite my best efforts the last T.W. question will NOT be posted by the end of 2006. I spent about 6 hours today doing research and writting up some of the several dozen questions I have planned. At this point I'm off to a new years party and I'll try to post the finalk thread late tomorrow night. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
  3. Wow... I'm in love... the Buicks were the best looking of the G-bodys from this era, but that's like saying you prefer a particular playboy bunny over another... even your least favorite is an absolute knockout.
  4. Normally I would question you but I could have SWORN there were a few v12 "one offs", I'm sure you're right though.
  5. Still love it. Clean, elegant, balanced, beautiful. Not an empty headed super model but a smart, sexy, girl next door type who's a lioness in the bedroom.
  6. You too...? ALL Honda dealers, esp. the ones selling "Integra Civics" and "Pilot MDXs".
  7. Very, very cool. Scallop side GM trucks are the quintessential trucks of my generation. When I hear "huge pickup" this is exactly what I picture... late 70s/80s GMC/Chebby.
  8. Windmill
  9. The wheels are actually kind of cool, but the interior... NOTSOMUCH.
  10. I swear that 90% of Honda/Acura's success is due to thier awsome ads. As much as I hate Honda more often than not their ads are fantastic. Another Classic:
  11. Mr. Opportunity: You can lick my Derelict Capitan!
  12. Boo-Yeah! I made the cut. Thanks BV. Note to self... need to watch "THE LAST RIDE".
  13. $4.00 /gall will NOT prevent me from buying a Camaro. I'm not alone in this either!
  14. Damnit... now I can NOT get my laptop to open up any extra windows on RIGHT CLICK -------> open link in new window. I just get that stupid "Booop" noise as if it was a popup but my pop-up blocker is off and I emptied my cache already.
  15. Lisp When I saw taht I HAD to make this:
  16. Thanks XP... this thing is very tempting. http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/car/252856311.html
  17. I love the SRX... I sure as hell hope it sticks around. The enclave is sexy as hell but I'm pretty sure I'll buy a Horse & Buggy before I ever go back to a transverse mounted motor. God I hate how everyone has sold out to transverse monuted motors... it's disgusting. I might at some point own a FWD car again if a great deal comes along on a Bustleback or a Razorback Cadillac (or maybe an L29) but I'm very much against transverse mounted motors.
  18. Hilarious! Fa-Ra-RA-RA-RAAAA Ra-ra-ra-RA!
  19. I know RBB... & like I said this was a silly alegory but I thought that you guys might get a kick out of the wacky website. Recently I have done some drawings of a 4-door hardtop design that might be as good or better than a 4dr sedan in side impact. Cost is the only major problem/limitation but then again a four door hardtop would be a very niche driven and more upscale specialty vehicle these days.
  20. Yes... this one especially!
  21. Some Artist's websites with interesing paintings & other artwork... (I was looking for a romantic pic for Marcia's MySpace pg.) http://www.colette-honore.com/galerie-peinture-colette.html ---- http://www.progressiveart.com/pitre_page2.htm ---- http://www.freewebs.com/eitan-dvir/pics2.htm ----
  22. WOW!!! *** ebay ----> cars/trucks ----> "underslung" ***
