  1. Im thinking their going to put something in it as a safety to de-power it upon an accident. wasn't the first volt that burned found next to a significantly more burned home built electric suzuki car?
  2. This is definitely going to add fuel to the fire with anti GM people, any chance a new battery will be more power?
  3. well, it's um... functional? I personally like this generation of F body, while a number of my friends think it was a "wussie" Camaro, people who get all googly eyed over a 3rd gen though, the worst looking generation IMO
  4. Sketch competition V, one second It's fourth place Here http://www.cheersandgears.com/topic/9824-sketch-competition-5-results/
  5. Somewhat related, i was just lurking around the old sketch thread and if yellowjacket8942 sketch from 2005 This makes me believe time machines are real
  6. Trust me i understand the Volt (mostly...) I already new that the volt is (Not exactly, but along the idea of) a leaf that has a gas generator built in, It's electric when it can. I meant i was under the idea that what the volt is, is called a "Plug in hybrid" Like the Plug in prius or the fisker
  7. Nice Truck! Is the mileage much worse with the larger engine?
  8. Now isn't Plug in hybrid the definition of volt? I'm confused, i thought it was Mild Hybrid(Malibu), Full Hybrid(Prius), Plug in Hybrid(Volt)
  9. I just bought Micheal Jackson's Invincible on Ebay, Not his best work, but i still like the album.
  10. http://www.archive.org/web/web.php It's pretty cool this Website allows you to type in a URL and visit websites from previous years like say April 14 2006 http://web.archive.org/web/20060414122910/http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index.php? Though there are some missing links and such, it was interesting going through things that people were saying about cars we have now before they were out
  11. according to Toyota port is more efficient in certain specific situations
  12. While the option of a diesel should be there i think it should have a Ls engine in it standard, most think of this when they think of diesels Then again, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to try and change that...
  13. If the Crue diesel puts up say 50 mpg with equal acceleration to the gas version it may catch on. But I wonder if it is easier to sell diesels to in the luxury price range where people are more likely to spend the extra money for the extra torque. I don't think most people buy diesels in *cars* for the torque, i think most just think of them the same as hybrids, better gas mileage
  14. Nice, i've seen Regals around town and they look very nice
  15. Maybe it's a pun on the suspension name yes i am kidding,
  16. The production XTS in that picture looks a bit more, i don't know *Ordinary* i think it will look better in person, though i like the interior And Reg, does the SRX have better materials than the CTS in the dash?
  17. So... Three weeks after a crash don't keepyour ruined Volt in your garage? The news will probably be all over this too
